"I wonder....... Hrm.." Danielle was standing at the edge of the boat that they caught a ride on, staring at the sky. The boat was heading towards Moon Island, the location of a small genetical engineering laboratory. "Ah! There it is! Karu, the island's not too far away!" She waved over to Karu, who had been flying on his own since the boat left. The balloon was stuffed into the backpack, to be repaired later. The boat floated towards the quickly approaching land, and came to rest on a small beach. Karu landed near by, saying "I've got... "stuff" to do, I'll catch up with you later." Danielle nodded slightly, responding with "Mm... okay.. I'm gonna go take a look around at that lab, meet me back here at sunset, alright?" Karu nodded and left. Dani headed towards the lab, taking her backpack with her. She snuck around to the back and found the back door unlocked (Aren't cliche's wonderful? Yes, I thought so too). She slowly opened the door and tiptoed in, making sure to close the door behind her. She thought to herself, out loud, "Now, there's got to be a lab somewhere in here that has an Eevee in it.. doesn't there?" Carefully sneaking around to each door, she came upon a room filled with large cylindrical tubes (You've seen MSB, you know what I'm talking about). "What in.......?" she whispered, slowly opening the door and slipping in. "What is this..? This.. seems familiar somehow.." she mumbled as she put her hand against the cold glass of one of the large tubes. The tube was filled with an orangish liquid, with some wires floating aimlessly in it. "I know this place from somewhere... some place from my past.." An image flashed into her mind, a reflection of something. A reflection of something surrounded by that strange orangish liquid, and then it was gone. A soft gasp escaped her lips, followed by "I've been here before...?" Slowly, she put her hand down and looked around the room, spotting a filing cabinet. "Maybe something in there can tell me.." She made her way over to it, finding it unlocked (As I said, cliche's are wonderful things). She quickly thumbed across the many portfolios until she saw one that caught her interest. "Pyrokinetic... that's... fire.." she mumbled, quickly opening the folder. "Whaaa..? No way.." Inside the folder there were charts, tons of mathematical equations, pictures of a Flareon from various angles, and perhaps the most disturbing of all, photos of one of the tubes, a small human floating inside of it. *dramatic music* Narator: Dun dun dun!!
