He had a big, fancy dinner set up for everyone on the table. " Knock knock." Nicky rushed to the door and opened it. " Hi!" Kelly said. Nicky blushed. " Uh, where are the others?" Kelly's four Eevees where puttign their paws up on the table trying to get a good look at all the good tasting food. " I don't know, they said they had some things to do first." " Oh, ok, well, come in." " Ok." Kelly walked in carrying her egg under her jacket. " So, how's your egg doing?" " I don't really know, it looks the same as before." " Same with mine. Wonder what they'll hatch into..." " Don't know, but I remember Meeko saying half of them were probably Chanseys." " True." Mars was about to munch on the duck when Venus grabbed him by the tail. " ( But Venus... )" Mars complained. " ( But nothing! Wait until the rest of them come! )" she said, pulling him away from the food. The other two were sitting down, smacking their lips, imagining that they could eat all that food right now... " Hm..." Nicky smiled at Kelly's funny little Eevees. But, then a cracking noise was heard in his bed under the blankets. " The egg!!!" he yelled. " You keep your egg in your bed?" " Sure, warmest place!" Nicky dove for the bed and uncovered the egg. Kelly and her Eevees gathered around. An arm came out, then another broke the top part of the egg off, and a Mankey came out! " Mankey? Key?" it asked, seeing Nicky it jumped up onto him and in Mankey playfulness, started beating on his head, " MANKEY MANKEY!" " Since when did you have a Mankey, Nicky?" Lewis asked as he came in. " Since now, my egg hatched!" Nicky said. Mike, Bridget, Meeko, and her Pokémon came in as he said that. " That's great Nicky!" Mike said. Mankey walked over and put the top of the eggshell on his head and did a little dance. " Man key..." " I think I'll call him Jolt! Because he's also full of energy!" " ^_^ Mankey!" Jolt said back.
