Now, it was graduation time, and he was being brought before the group's leader. The leader was sitting on a throne of sorts, the top half of his body hidden in shadow, though the glowing red of his eyes and the glowing tip of his cigar were quite visible. "So Ryo, you've done well with your training, I hear" Ryo, normally disliking authority, was feeling a strange, and *strong*, loyalty to this stranger, almost overwhelming. Ryo nodded, bowing to the man. "Yes my lord" "Very good, and now, my child, for the final gift. Look at me" Unable to resist the command, Ryo looked up to see the glow of the eyes grow brighter.
