Smasher asked the Victreebel. Phoebe nodded. "Then welcome to the team, Phoebe," said Smasher. He offered a hand to Phoebe the Victreebel. Phoebe backed off a bit in surprise at the hand. After a few moments, Phoebe was satisfied that Smasher wasn't going to hit her. She formed her own hand with a vine and shook Smasher's. "I just know we're gonna make a great team," said Smasher.
