The girl began laughing. " If you're going to mumble a load of crap don't bother. I know you're telepathic though, so telling where Caleb is would be useful," The girl was creeping even Carver out, she was just laughing and flailing around. " HOW CLOSE IS HE TO SAFFRON?!" The girl stopped laughing, making puppydog eyes. " Sorry, I was thinking... Caleb, he comes... closer... I can't see he's dark now frightened...." She paused before screaming aloud, terrified. " Get her out of here, Spook go!" An evil looking Gengar appeared. " Gen?" " Caleb is coming back, and I don't much fancy getting caught again. Getting you back was hard enough," " Garrrrr," " Yes... exactly, now just patrol the city, invisible and check for Caleb OK?" " Gengar..." Gengar hissed. Caleb was getting close to Saffron, he could see the tall buildings and bright lights. It was only a hunch if Carver was here. Smaug stayed out of the pokeball, Caleb felt safer this way. He liked Smaug now, they had been through quite a bit in the last few days and Smaug had saved Caleb twice. That aside Caleb was still scared. Not only did he have to face Carver, but two new guys from Team Rocket. Not good when your friends life depended on victory... He ran onwards closing the gap between him and Saffron. " Gengar? GAR!" Gengar was flying high above the city when he caught sight of Caleb. He flew back to Carver who told him to bring Caleb to their hideout. Gengar didn't like this... " Ezoons! OG!" Snooze the Abra still hadn't reversed Caleb's voice problem. " I deen uoy ot esrever siht gniht! WON!" Snooze sighed, -OK- Abra clicked his fingers. Caleb slowly opened his mouth... " Hello? YES! I can speak!" -You're welcome- " Thanks, Snooze return!" Snooze returned to his pokeball. " GENGAR!" Gengar appeared behind Caleb and licked the back of his face. " EEWW!" Caleb fired to shots that went straight through Gengar, who laughd and flew off towards Carver. Caleb returned all his Pokemon and ran after him. " So now, the battle begins, clear the guards please," Carver turned to his assistant who scurried out of the room. " Come into my parlour..." Carver held up the antidote Caleb wanted so badly. Caleb followed Gengar into the building as he entered the P.A began speaking. " Hiya Caleb, looking for me? Tonight we end this, on the roof..." Caleb took the stairs, they were often safer than an elevator. This was it, success meant Ilanna lived and failure meant they all died. He kicked open the door to the roof, Carver stood there, Uzi in hand and at his belt, the antidote. " Well Caleb? What are you waiting for?" Caleb began shooting, as he often does, and dived behind cover, because Carver had the same idea to shoot. Bullets pinged off the floor and walls and Caleb was sneaking up behind Carver. Carver stopped shooting. " Where are you?" He heard Caleb step on some gravel, which scraped across the roof. " Gotcha!" He raised the Uzi and fired at where Caleb was. He couldn't hit Caleb but it did keep Caleb stuck for a bit untill Carver could get into a better vantage point. Caleb sent out Marowak. " Hey Marowak, look I'll need a diversion to stop Carver. Run behind that litle wall outcrop and I'll shoot him down, 'k?" " Maro..." Marowak nodded. He began running and dived behind cover whilst Carver started shooting. Caleb jumped up and shot the Uzi from Carver's hand and then shot him in the leg. He ran over to Carver and kicked him in the stomach. He knelt down and took the antidote. " So Caleb? Why don't you kill me?" Caleb contemplated this and heard police in the distance, apprently someone had heard the gunshots from before. Caleb pulled his magnum to Carvers head. " I'll tell you why you are still alive. If I kill you, I go down and you win. That means I lose and I never lose," Caleb stood up and kicked Carver as hard as he could in the balls. " ARRGGHHHH!" Carver yelled. Caleb turned his back to Carver, returned Marowak and marched off.
