Last time Sinko and Meeko barely escaped some Rockets! But then they ran into a pretty ( Meeko snickers, " Pretty, yeah, pretty ugly..." ) girl who called Meeko ugly and wanted Sinko! Meeko demanded a battle... Meeko was about to yell for her ever faithful Beedrill, Lifesaver to fly out and fight the girl's Pokémon...but then she remembered how they were left on the boat when she was abducted. Then she grinned. " I have no Pokémon...." Meeko said, still grinning. Sinko raised an eyebrow, wondering what the young girl was plotting. " Then I guess I've already won." the girl replied in a spoiled bratty voice. " I will fight your Pokémon." Sinko began to raise an objection but Meeko winked at him before returning to the other girl. " Heh. Easy as pie." the girl snapped a ball off her necklace which held all six of her PokéBalls. She expanded it before tossing it towards Meeko. BAM! Meeko hit it with her head sending the ball into the bratty girl's forehead! The girl stumbled back before regaining her composure. " Why you little..." she elbowed Meeko in the gut, grabbed her by her hair and pulled out a gleaming object...a knife! " MEEEEEEEOOOOOOOWWWWWWWTHHHHHHH!!!" screamed a Meowth kitten as he latched himself onto the girl's hand, drawing blood, she drooped the knife and let go of Meeko, her attention on the kitten. " Get off!" she flung the little cat Pokémon into a wall. " Owth..." " Kookieeeeeeeeee!!!" came a call from down the hall. " I thought that kitten looked like Yarns! But my Kingler is the only blue Kingler I know!" Meeko exclaimed happily. The girl looked between Kingler and Meeko. Then looked at Sinko one last time before backing away. Meeko then turned to Yarns and picked the brave cat up. " Are...are you alright?" she asked, tears forming in her eyes. " Meow...th..." he weakly replied. " How did they get here?" she asked nobody in particular. " Jiggly jiggly jigglypuff!" a squeaky Jigglypuff voice replied. " You came too Jigglypuff?!" Meeko almost wept in joy. As Jigglypuff spoke Meeko translated for Sinko. " Yarns here was convinced that someone had taken me out of the shadows, he constantly spoke of that, in baby talk, and also pointed to a boat yelling " Mama! Mama!" all the time. Jigglypuff told Kingler this and he took them after the boat I was in. From there they tried getting me free of the prison but always failed. Then they saw us leave, they followed quickly and got how they are now..." " Your Pokémon are deeply devoted." Sinko replied, remembering his own Pokémon that hadn't been used in ages...he silently promised to check on them once they were out of this mess. " Kookie kookie!" " What did he say?" " Kingler says the S.S. Anne's first stop is at Porta Vista where they are holding a beauty contest in which you also have dressed up Pokémon. He always says someone's impersonating me!" Meeko snorted at the thought of someone acting as her, " He says she's dressed the same way I am from when I...I dunno, just felt like this." Meeko said, looking at her black plastic. Her sunglasses were long gone from all the shoving Meeko had received by her captors. She also noticed how she still didn't speak the way she used to...she would not have said dunno when she was 11... " I'm...changing." she said to herself. The next day, They had made a raft after long and hard work and hooked it up to Kingler. " Onward, to Porta Vista!" Meeko yelled, pointing one arm forward while the other held the tiny Meowth kitten known as Yarns.
