Newsgroups: alt.games.nintendo.pokemon Date: 2000-08-31 21:49:50 PST When we last left Robert and Sammantha, Robert had just started a battle with Misty after helping to get her Pokemon back from Team Rocket. "A Pikachu!!?" Robert was shocked, Misty was a water Pokemon trainer. "That's right, I told you I was wathing a Friends Pokemon." Misty said smugly. "Alright then... Pikachu Return!" Robert put his Pikachu back into it's PokeBall and considered which Pokemon to send out next. Removing one of his recently filled Pokeballs Robert tightened his green bandana and launched the Pokeball. "ONIX GO!" Roberts nw Rock type appeared and let loose a mighty bellow. "Onix, Dig!" Roberts command was followed lweaving a confused Pikachu standing in front of a large hole in the ground. "Pikachu, Use your Agility attack then hit it with a Swift!" Misty yelled. Pikachu became a yellow blur on the feild. Then Taking on a bright yellow glow Pikachu let loose it's Swift attack. A painful raor was heard from underground, a moment later Onix launched out of the Ground and landed on Pikachu fainted... Unfortuantley for Misty the small electric mouse was unprepaired for the two ton Pokemon and fainted as well. Both trainers returned their Pokemon. "One left Robby" Misty teased. Robert took on a darker tone, "Don't call me Robby!" Misty sent out her next Pokemon, A Psyduck? "Oh no! PSYDUCK!!!!!!!!!!" Misty face faulted. Roberts face changed, A dark smile crossed his features. "Ozone, Wing attack!" Roberts Blue and Green Pidgeot flew out into the battle and lauched it's attack. Psyduck was unprepared and landed severfeet back, Fainted. "I win" Robert said curtley as he walked to where Ozone had landed and patted his friends head. "Yeah, You win. Here take this badge and this TM." Misty said as she pulled her Psyduck back into it's Pokeball. Robert tucked away his new badge and started to walk towards town. "Come on Sammantha, I have to make a call. Dinner's on me." Sammantha stopped in front of misty, "I apologize for his behaviour Misty." Sammantha said politley, " I've never seen him get that upset about something." "It's alright. It was good seeing you again. And as promised, here is the Badge I owe you." Misty handed Sammantha a Cascade badge. "Misty? You still remember that?" Sammantha questioned. "Of course, It was the first battle I'd ever lost and a promise is a promise, You'd better catch up with Robert, He may not want to be alone." Sammantha smiled at her old friend, "Thanks misty, I'll try to stop by before we set out again." With that Sammantha started out after Robert.
