Much of his figure was hidden in a brown robe, but one thing stuck out -- his long curly hair, which, try as he might, wouldn't stay in his hood... "Excuse me, sir, did you say you were finding yourself in an existential quandary?" "Well, crisis, but yeah." "Full of loathing?" "Well, this whole stuck in time thing is a bit weird...I don't know if I'd call it loathing...but..." "Self-doubt?" "...then again, it could be loathing I don't know about yet, or maybe it's...uh..." "Self-doubt...check. Are you wracked with pain and isolation?" "Well, I might get cramps from being stuck in time so long...and being the only one who can move is kind of lonely..." "Any of it concerning your pitiful, meaningless existence?" "Well, I wouldn't say pitiful or meaningless...no, I wouldn't go that far --" The curly-haired shadowy figure interrupted Robert. "Well, close enough. Just take a small bit of comfort in knowing that somewhere out there in this crazy ol' mixed-up universe of ours..." The figure took a white envelope out of his sleeve. "There's still a little place...called..." The strange figure vanished out of sight. Robert opened the envelope. Within was a plane ticket to... "Albuquerque, New Mexico? Where the heck is New Mexico?..." (OOC*: See who gets it first... ^_^) (* As if it weren't already out of continuity enough...)
