The Meowth yawned as Mike woke up. The Meowth got up and went up to him and licked his face. "Hey, Meowth calm down" he said and smiled. He got up and walked to the bathroom. He turned on the water in the shower and got in. A few minutes later Mike walked out wearing a red hat, a blue tank top, and black jeans. He took out his glasses and put them on. "Hey, Mike, your styling" he said to himself. "Hey, Meowth, you ready for some training?" He asked. "Meow," his Meowth said. Then, they ran down the stairs and out the door. "Meowth, you and I make the perfect team. We'll surely beat the Pokemon league" Mike said. "Meow," purred Meowth. They walked to the park when a man stopped them. "You want to have a Pokemon battle?" asked the man. "Sure" responded Mike. "Koffing, go!" said the man. Koffing came out of his Pokeball and yelled out Koffing. "OK, Meowth, fury swipes!" commanded Mike. Meowth fury swipped the Koffing. "Koffing, tackle!" said the man. Koffing hit Meowth and Meowth fell to the floor. "Meowth, you OK?" asked Mike. Meowth got up and said Meowth. "OK, let's end this THUNDER BOLT" Mike yelled. The Meowth thunderbolted Koffing and screamed MEOWTH. The Koffing fainted. "All right, Meowth!," Mike said happily and he hugged his Meowth. "Nice battle young man" the man said." Thanks "Mike replied. The man walked away. Mike and Meowth continued walking around Philencia Island. A little girl walked up to them." Hey, mister, your Meowth is cute. Can I pet it?" said the little girl. "Sure" Mike said. The little girl petted his Meowth and smiled and Meowth purred. "Suzy, come back here," said her mom. "Bye, Meowth. Bye, Mister," she said. Then she waved. "Bye" Mike said and he waved back. He saw his friend Nick and walked up him who had his Geodude out "Hey, Nick how about a battle?" Mike asked. "You want me to beat you again?" he asked. "We'll just see about that" Mike said. "OK Geodude, let's go" Nick shouted. "Dude" said his Pokemon. "OK, Wartortle let's go!" yelled Mike. "Trortle-war" said Wartortle. "Geodude, tackle!" said Nick. "Wartortle, hurry, counter!" Mike yelled. His Wartortle countered with his own tackle and Geodude fell. "All right, hit him with your bubble beam!" said Mike. "Tortle" and Wartortle Bubble beamed Geodude and he fainted." Ah, man" Nick said. "Geodude, return" and Geodude went into his Pokeball." Great job, Wartortle!" Mike said and he walked to Nick and gave Nick a high five. "Great match" said Nick. "Thanks" Mike said. "Well, man, we have to go so. We'll see ya around?" asked Mike. "Yeah, peace out" Nick said. Mike, Meowth, and Wartortle walked to the Philencia Bay. "Hey guys let's give someone a visit!" Mike said. The Pokemon knew that he was talking about Terri. "Meow!" and "Tortle!" the Pokemon said happily. Mike saw a raft by the dock. "Wartortle, you want to drive?" Mike laughed. "Tortle!" Wartortle said and shaked his head. Meowth got into the raft and so did Mike. Wartortle then started swimming to Navel Island, the island where Terri lived. Mike started thinking about Terri in his head. "I can't wait to see her. I haven't seen her for a while," Mike said to himself. No one knows this but Mike secretly loved Terri since the day he met her." I can't wait to see her beautiful eyes again," Mike said to himself and smiled. "Meow?" Mike came back to reality and he shaked his head. He petted Meowth and she purred. "Hey, we're almost there!" Mike said happily. "Keep straight, Wartortle" Mike said. All of a sudden a Gyarados came up out of nowhere and shaked the raft. "AH! GYARADOS!" Mike yelled, scared. It looked like Gyarados was about to fire a hyper beam at them. "OH NO!" Mike said scared. To Be Continued....
