"Oh. How's it going?" "Well, I'm halfway to my goal of raising enough money to recreate the machine that transported me to this world." "Cool." "Yes. It's taken me a long time to accumulate these funds." "Um, Doom?" "Yes?" "You're a supervillain, right?" "I have been classified as such, why?" "Well, why don't you just rob a bank to get the money?" Doom sighed. "Well, Randy. Let's say that I did rob a bank." "Okay." "Officer Jennys would be hunting me, sendimg Growlithes to track me down." "Okay." "If I managed to elude them, they would send psychic pokémon after me." "Okay." "My armor has defenses against psychic probes, but I have no defenses against a telekinetic attacks." "Oh." "The only way for me to get rid of these annoyances is to kill them." "Dang." "When my pokémon realized what I had done, they would rebel against me, and I would be 'screwed,' in your colloquial terms." "Okay, I get it. It's more trouble to steal the money than it would be to earn it." "Yes." "By the way, I have recently acquired a few new pokémon. Could I test them in battle against you?" "Um, all I have with me is Toma over there." "Oh." "I could go back to me and Lisa's cabin and get my other pokémon, if you want." "Thank you."
