Meanwhile, Marvin's reached the end of the side of Goldenrod City's Main Street he assigned himself. Night time has fallen during Marvin's search for gypsies, and the sideshows that lined up on Main Street at sunset are now packing up and heading home. Marvin adjusts his crystalline blue top hat, straightens out his silver bowtie, and walks over to where the conjoined twins, Jen and Jenny, are shaking hands with the people who watched their routine. The two Jennys look just like the famous officer Jennys throughout the world, except they share one body below their necks. Marvin looks at Jen with a smile and clears his throat. "Oh, hi there!" Jen moves the one hand she has control over to tap the right shoulder she shares with her twin sister, "Look who's here, Jenny - Marvin!" Jenny's head turns to face the magician in the golden tuxedo and she shrugs her right shoulder, "Hey Marvin. Where were you this past week? Jen was getting worried." Marvin shrugs both of his shoulders, "Unless there's such a thing as Daylight Savings week here in Johto, I have no idea. I don't remember anything that happened. I just sort of fell off the face of the planet... in the past, women have told me to do just that, but I never actually intended on doing so." "Obviously." Jenny murmurs, then faces away casually as Jen raises her hand up to her own cheek, "Oh, you poor thing! You must be so disoriented. No wonder you didn't perform tonight. When will you perform again, Marvin? I've missed you and your magic shows so much..." Marvin smiles, glad that someone likes his work, "I should have something really magical ready in just a few days. Jen, have you seen any gypsies around here?" Jen pauses to think, then nods her head and points across the street with her left arm, the only one she controls, "I've seen a bearded lady hanging out over there who dresses like a gypsy. I don't know her personally, though, and I doubt Jenny does unless she talks with her while I'm sleeping!" Jen and Marvin both laugh, but Jenny just rolls her eyes and starts to tap her right foot, "Jen, I'm hungry. Let's go home." Jen turns her head to face her sister, "...but I'm not hungry, and we share the same stomach..." Jenny sighs and adds, "I'm also tired. I want us to go to bed early tonight." Noticing that her sister really wants to go home, Jen says, "All right," then turns her head to face Marvin with a smile, "Bye, Marvin! See you again soon!" The conjoined twin sisters walk away in unison. Just then, Kitsu and Keaton walk up to Marvin. Kitsu's jaw is still hanging open from witnessing all sorts of disturbing sideshows, and Keaton has a grin on his face. Marvin notices Keaton's unusually wide grin and asks, "Why're you smiling so much, Keaton? Did you find the gypsy you and your sister were looking for?" "No, but I punched the crap out of a mime." Keaton responds, punching the open palm of one of his hands with the other. Suddenly, a high pitched female voice exclaims, "Bully, sweetie, you're about to be smilin' a whole lotta buncha more, cuz your girlfriend just totally found the gypsy!" Marvin, Kitsu, and Keaton turn to face two black-haired female gypsies that have thick black beards on their faces and are wearing a white shirt and a purple skirt. One gypsy's smiling and wearing a Pink Bow and rollerskates, while the other is frowning and lacks these articles of clothing. The rollerskate-clad is grabbing onto the barefoot one's arm tightly, not releasing her grip despite the gypsy's struggling to break free, "What's the meaning of this? I demand to be let go right now!" Marvin nods, "In a minute." He glances over at Kitsu, "According to a friend of mine, this is the only gypsy in Goldenrod. The question is, is she your gypsy?" "Nah, ours didn't have a beard." Kitsu sighs, disappointed that no one found the gypsy who turned her into a ware-Ninetales, "Let's go, Keaton. Maybe we can reach Azalea Town before midni-" "Wait a second." Keaton reaches over to the gypsy that Famifax is restraining, grabs ahold of her beard, and tugs on it. He narrows his eyes, then pulls on the beard, but the gypsy just screams in pain and the thick black beard doesn't come off. Keaton shrugs, "Guess not. It was worth a shot. Onward to Azale-" "Bully!" Famifax calls out, then releases her hold on the bearded woman, who runs away from Famifax and Keaton. Famifax presses up her presently-bearded face up against Keaton's cheek, kisses him, and whispers into his ear, "Why don't'cha stay with me tonight? I promise I'll be a very bad girl!" "NO!" Keaton backs away from Famifax, rubbing his face where Famifax's beard rubbed up against it, "...er, I mean, no, honey. I'm sorry, but I really gotta leave now. Kitsu found out that there's some half-Pokemon like us in Azalea Town and we gotta hurry to catch them since they might know where the gypsy is." Marvin puts his arms around Keaton and Kitsu and exclaims, "All right! Just head south through the Ilex Forest and you'll be in Azalea in no time. It's been really fun, you two! You can stay in my apartment whenever you're in Goldenrod. I hope you find that gypsy you're looking for soon." He pats them on the back, then walks off a distance, to give Famifax some privacy with Keaton. The Pink-Bow-wearing gypsy rollerskates up to Keaton, hugs him, and says, "So, like, when are ya gonna visits me again, bully? I gotsta stay here with sis and Marvy, cuz they needs me for the magic shows an' stuff, but I luvsya so much I'll wait for you!" -Marvin
