[OOC: Figured I would get something in. Still not completely caught-up yet after my
trip, but almost.]

>"Abra raaaaaab." Pop-up, who had once more snuck up on the trio agreed.
"You again?" Drake asked, sounding completely unsurprised.
"Abra," Pop-up acknowledged, following it with "Abra?"
"Not this time," Dee answered "I doubt those inside would care to venture out to chase
after a trio of disappearing pokemon again, so we're fine for now. Besides, weren't you
planning on causing a little mischief of your own at dinner?"
"Abra." Pop-Up shrugged, appearing as non-chalant as possible.
Dee began to slowly pace around, but no conversation occurred for several minutes. The
silence was broken by Drake, who inquired "Say Mimic, how long are you planning on doing
this Guardian Angel thing? Should we be settling in for the long-term in this role?"
In illustration of his point, the Dragonite's wings quickly flowed from their small,
leathery appearance to white-feathered wings that were as large as his body.
"Depends, Mimic think it not needed for too long if others can help Sarah. Could be
longer if really needed."
Drake shook his head in resignation, but stopped as he caught sight of Dee, who had
stopped pacing and was looking at the Dragon pokemon. "What?"
"Mimic is quite a good teacher, but he also noted how long it has been since the first
time you started using the Transform ability. The casual ease with which you are using
the ability," Dee waved a hand to encompass Drake's transformed wings "is greater than I
would have expected for the amount of time. Are you sure one that one of your parents
wasn't a Ditto?"
The Dragonite's face quickly flowed between expressions. For a brief moment, there was
obvious indignance. Heartbeats measured the span it took for that to change to a
glimmer of understanding, a flash of pride, then finally settling into mild confusion.
"Actually, I don't know. Normally only the mother Dragonair sticks around to fend for
the hatchlings."
Silence set in again, but it was broken quickly by a noise from the house. When
everyone turned their attention there, Dee teasingly told Pop-up "It sounds like they've
started the fun without you. Don't you want to find out what's going on?"
It took a few seconds, but eventually Pop-up's curiousity at what exactly was going on
among the humans wore down the curiousity that the Abra had over what would the three
here would be doing. The Abra teleported away.
The others started to look outside, towards the house, but Drake looked up briefly.
What he saw caused him to ask "Uh, am I seeing things, or is that a Tentacruel falling
from the clouds?"
Dee followed Drake's gaze and confirmed "It is. I've seen a few pokemon in Johto get
sucked up when a powerful pokemon uses Twister beneath a forming cloud. Normally, it's
smaller ones like Remoraid or Goldeen. From it's trajectory, I'd say that barring a
strong wind gust, it's going to come down in the middle of the main course at dinner."
"Probably a good idea to stop that. I'll get it." Drake teleports, leaving Dee and
Mimic.
"It looks like I could have waited for something else to sting good old Uncle Bob." Dee
mused. Taking note of Mimic not having moved since Drake made his observation, Dee
asked "Not going out to help?"
Mimic shook his head "Drake have no problem handling it. Mimic more concerned with
seeing if help needed with anything else. Dinner seem lively."
