"Well, I suppose that > you've asked me a personal question now... So are you seeing anybody, > Yolei?" > Yolei blushed a bit. It wasn't a question people asked her a lot. Or ever. "Why, no I'm not," Yolei replied, blushing a bit more now. "What about Ken?" Mamoru asked. The color suddenly left Yolei's face. Ken. How could she have forgotten about Ken? The entire reason she started this journey was to find Ken and be with him. But he was so far ahead, she may never catch up to him. There was the time she thought she saw him, but he was nowhere to be found. She hasn't seen or heard from him since. Yolei never even considered that she'd find someone else before she found Ken. Not that Ken even knew who she was. Ken might not even want her once she caught up. But that was the chance she wanted to take when she decided to start her journey. Now she was faced with another decision, one that could alter her chances with Ken. Tetsuo was a cute guy, and obviously was interested in her. If she was dating him when they caught up with Ken, she couldn't just drop Tetsuo for him. That wouldn't be right. But she had no idea what Ken would think of her either way, and he was just so perfect that he might be out of her league. She was riding long odds, and things were getting more complicated. "I have to go to the bathroom," Yolei said, getting up from the table and running off. Lynkeru had noticed the distress on Yolei's face and got up to follow her. "I think I have to go, to," she said.
