Two minutes later, GenKnight emerges from his pokeball. Rummaging through Bo's bottomless bag, the Alakazam grabs 30 Full Restores, 15 Revives, 3 Metal Coats, one of Evir's spare wallets, 35000 monetary units, a bunch of Leppa berries, and a smaller pack to put it all in. After retracting its own Metal Coat and storing it in his bag, GenKnight then Teleported to parts unknown. Touching down, he sees a small box and floats over to it. Picking it up, accidentally activating it, he is surrounded by a yellow glow and then tosses the now useless TM15 in the air. The Alakazam decides to test out his new power and Hyper Beams the box out of existence. <That was odd, > GenKnight noted, and proceeded to punching a nearby boulder. After a few hours, GenKnight finally breaks the rock, albeit cheating by using Sanouske's technique (hey, they're both anime (and weak)). GenKnight takes a break, treating himself to a Full Restore and a small nap. Waking up, the Alakazam then lays waste to an even larger boulder, this time breaking it fairly after several hours of punching. He then goes to sleep. However, after about 30 minutes, Team Rocket shows up and tries to capture him. GenKnight used the hit (with Hyper Beam) and port techniques Archangel had taught him earlier to send the trio blasting off. Back to sleep. The next morning, GenKnight practiced hitting small bird pokemon with Hyper Beam for a while until someone wearing fighting garb comes. They talk for a while and then start training *Begin DBZ style hand-to-hand combat* Meanwhile, Bo was panicking over the disappearance of his more powerful Alakazam. At the end of the furious training session, the blackbelt, whose name is Nikolai, asks, "GenKnight, you want lunch?" as GenKnight downs another Full Restore. <Yes, thank you, > he said politely as Nikolai handed him half of a large sandwich and a large bowl of soup. They eat in silence for a while. "Say, GenKnight, why are you training so hard?" <To get stronger,> GenKnight said, avoiding the question. "I mean, /why/ are you training?" <Revenge. I gotta beat an Aggron who Hyper Beamed me in the back of the head.> "Ouch." <Exactly. Plus it was humiliating.> "Go again?" <Sure.> *Recommence DBZ style hand-to-hand combat* After this, Nikolai packs up. <Wait, do you have a Dynamicpunch TM?> the Alakazam asks, digging into his pack. "Sure," Nikolai says and tosses him two small boxes. "No, don't pay me. You earned them. Mega Punch'll be useful too, trust me." <Thanks,> GenKnight said, putting the money back and equipping his Metal Coat. He taught himself Dynamicpunch and Mega Punch and Teleported himself to the bottom of the nearby cave. For an hour and 45 minutes, he practiced his agility by leaping to nearby rocks above the lava pit, adding another Coat every other lap. After this, he teleports ten miles from the stadium and starts running. TBC in Bo's next match.
