Phenomelous Marvaleon, known by all his friends simply as Phoom, was watching television. How he was managing this when he lived on the streets is an awesome tale, but it's so good that I can't do it justice here. It'll be published with some other appendices in a book when I die, by my son who gathered all the information from notes and suchlike. Then, when a film is made of this particular story, bits of the tale of how Phoom came about the television will be put on for the extended version of the DVD. Phoom had considered going to the Silver Conference. However, there was a problem. Phoom had three exceptionally powerful Pokémon. However, he had only been known to viewers for a couple of hours. As such, he stood no chance of winning. This fact contradicted the fact that Phoom won every battle he battled. It was the age-old problem of an immovable object coming up against an irresistable force. Phoom had the odd sensation of feeling that, in spite of sense and logic, everyone was cheering on the immovable object. Because of this, Phoom had decided not to participate in the Conference. This begged a few questions, though. What could Phoom do with his future? After all, there were only so many times he could pull off a cool mission or save some lives before he needed a sufficiently evil villain to face, and that wasn't possible with the current WG limit. The alternatives didn't seem too good either. Meeting OTHER people? Who in their right minds would interact with Phoom? They'd appear uncool by default, and NOBODY wants that.
