Derrick and Chan remained aware, but didn't show physical signs of acknowledgement towards the storm clouds gathering in the sky. "Looks like a storm's rolling in," Cass noted. "Something doesn't feel right about that storm," Aerie said. "I know," Kitsu the wereNinetales agreed, bristling slightly. "It's making the fur on the back of my neck stand on end." Keaton the minoTauros scowled at the clouds and pulled his sword from its scabbard. The detection spell that had been cast on it gave the blade an iredescent glow. "Aenarians," Keaton reported as he put away his sword again. "I get the feeling some of our breatheren are about to stop by for a visit." "If it's anything like the feeling I'm getting," Derrick said as he and Chan rose to their feet, "Then we should visit them before they visit us." "Right," Keaton confirmed. "We'll meet them outside of town. That way, if a fight breaks out its less likely the citizenry will get hurt. C'mon, Kitsu, let's go." Keaton tossed his sister her Hellstrike Bisento, which she caught and held uncertainly. It's spectacular and terrifying effects it displayed during their last battle left Kitsu uncertain at best about her ability to control the Hellstrike, perhaps even her own powers. Nevertheless, Kitsu followed her brother out of town and towards the eye of the storm.
