"Kabutops, swords dance, quick!" "Jynx, Lovely Kiss!" As Jynx ran up to Kabutops to kiss it, it instead got a taste of Kabutops's blades. The Jynx could barely be back up. "Kabutops, Hydro pump!" "Jynx, sing!" As Jynx satred singing loudly and off-key, It was sudenly hit by an immense tidal wave, and fainted. "Jynx, Return!" "Nice work, Kabuops. C'mon back!" Sabrina was now VERY pissed off. "Haunter, GO!" Brock continued to smile. "Golem, go!" The combatants sized each other up, although Haunter's constant phasing in and out was throwing Golem off a bit. "Allright!" shoutedf Brock. "Golem, Rock Throw!" "Haunter, use Hypnosis!" Golem had barely picked up the rock to toss when he fell aslseep. The rock fell out of his hands and landed on Brock's toes. Sabrina laughed evilly. "Now, Haunter, Night Shade!" "Golem, wake UP!" "Zzzz... gol...zzz..." Haunter laughed as the lights went dim. When they went back on, Golem had his hand in a cup of shaving cream. "Ash would have given Sabrina a poemon with a sick sense of humor," muttered Brock. "How'd that idiot become the greatest anyways?" inquired Shard. "Shut UP!" shouted both Gym Leaders in unison. "Haunter, use Dream Eater, NOW!" commanded Sabrina. That was all it took to finish off Golem. Brock stared dumbstruck as Sabrina and Haunter floated over the battlefield, laughing. It took a few minutes, but Brock regained his composure. "Return, Golem! Go, Vulpix!" he shouted. "Go, Exeggutor," echoed Sabrina's icy voice. "Brock, you expect that lapdog of yours to beat THAT weird thing?!?!?" screeched Shard. "SILENCE!!!" bellowed both Gym Leaders in unison. "Vulpix, Fire Spin!" shouted Brock. "Exeggutor, use Barrage," commanded Sabrina. The coconut dreadnaught never had a chance. The firey whirling dervish from Fire Spin engulfed it and whiled around the room, destroying a few floor tiles. It then headed for Shard and Raven, who dived out of the way. The pyrotechnic nightmare then dissipated. "Tha... tha..." shtuttered Shard. "That," said Brock. "That... was... was amaz.... amaz..." "Amazing. I guess so," said Brock. "Let's get back to Pewter, I don't know how long CyBrock will fool people for." As they left, Sabrina sent a message to Shard. "This isn't over," her voice echoed in his mind. A missed step by Raven and Brock indicated that they had goten the same message. --- "What a power trip," said Shard. "Yeah, I'm glad that's over. Care for a donut?" Brock offered. "Nope, gotta get to Celadon," said Shard. Shard and Raven walked out the door, unsure as to what they'd stumble upon in their next few steps. Shard Fields, wondering what to do next. Or maybe not.
