"He seems to be coming to sir." "Very good. You and Alice have done well. Now, Jeff, how are you feeling?" Jeff blinked hazily. "Huh? W... where am I? Last thing I remember... NO! What happened! Why am I here? Where's Charmy?!" The boy started going into hysterics. Alysia knelt down. "Calm down. We had to bring you here for your safety. Obviously, someone wanted that Charmander. It was possible they wanted to get to you too. We'll find him eventually." Giovanni laughed to himself. Alice and Alysia were fully aware of the Dragonite and his plan to catch the Charmander. "For now, Jeff, we have to wait and hide." Giovanni stood up. "That's right. You must be of some value to someone. I want to see that you're safe." "What about Charmy?" Jeff asked innocently. "Him? Oh, I..." Giovanni thougth for a moment. Alice beat him to it. "We're gonna hunt down your Charmander later. After all, from what we understand, you have something to do with the Cinnabar labs. They may want you dead for that. As for the Charmander, they may want him alive for the same reasohn. Who knows? He could be some special cross breed." Giovanni nearly fell down! How could he be so blind! Of course! He had discounted it before, but it seemed completely plausible. Still, he hold sold it, so there's no way to know for sure what happened to it. Alysia picked Jeff up by the arms and stood him up. "Come on, let's get you some rest. We may have to hide you for a bit." Jeff wearily folowed her. When they came to a room, she opened it and Jeff instictively went right to the bed, falling asleep. Of course, Alysia's Hypno was helping with his Hypnosis attack. [I'm out of here for the weekend!
