"Let's see... you have Pikachu, Haunter, Charmeleon..." Mithril-rama ticked off
her fingers one by one. "And what else?"
Robert looked at his pokéballs. "There's... Vileplume, Slowbro, and Geodude!"
Rilli began pacing back and forth. "Slowbro's a must, and Geodude should do
fine... Vileplume won't be much good, but Haunter... he's learned Dream Eater,
right?" Robert nodded. "Then he should be helpful. And... I guess Pikachu's
good for a backup."
Robert frowned. "Are you sure? Haunter hasn't done very well in battles, and
he might lose this one too..."
Rilli shook her head. "Have some confidence in him, Robert. He defeated all
those Pidgeys, didn't he? Besides, he'll only get stronger when you train him!"
"I don't know..." Robert still looked doubtful.
"Well, Charmeleon's too weak to fight, and Vileplume's attacks aren't good
against poison." Rilli shrugged. "But if you're worried about Haunter, then
you don't have to use him. This is your battle, Robert."
Robert thought hard for a moment. "Okay, I think I know what to do. Thanks,
Rilli."
The girl smiled lightly and pecked him on the cheek. "Good luck, Robert."
