Several other people have also been recruited, unbeknownst to Phoo... Phoo started to rush off to where he suspected Team Rocket would be taking Icy. "Hmm... if I know rockets, I believe their headquarters is at the Game Corner. Well, I'll try to intercept them there..." Just then, Phoo heard Abra communicating with someone again. Curious as to who this new person may be, Phoo hurried back towards the Celadon square. A man was communicating to Abra back at the square. Phoo saw this, and wondered if the man would truly be of help. "Hmm... I could talk to the man, but I can not give away my identity again. That event back at the cliff was a good example for me... well... I could always try to mask my appearance with illusion and shadow... by hiding in the darkness... Phoo walked up next to the man, but hid in the shadows, so his form could not be seen. His voice rang out, "Hello, man. I believe... you are to help rescue the one known as Icy? Hmm...
