Subject: [PW!][PKMN-AUCTION] More Auction Action Date: 9 Apr 1999 23:34:56 GMT From: silvrrsky@aol.com (SilvrrSky) Organization: AOL http://www.aol.com Newsgroups: alt.games.nintendo.pokemon This'll probably be my last post for the auction, unless someone wants a Raichu... Anyway, you can definately see Christy's bad girl attitude here! ---------------------------------- A fresh faced Rocket member, around the age of 16 or so, was gazing at Christy from a distance. His eyes roamed up her perfect curves, to her flawless tanned face and to her crystalline blue eyes. He then directed his attention to the Dratini wrapped around her waist. Remember, he warned himself silently, I'm in this for the Rockets. He wasn't going to allow himself to be seduced or distracted by a pretty face. He cantered through the crowd casually, plastering a charming grin on his face as he made his way to Christy. He admired her golden locks of hair and the way it glistened in the sun, for *just* a second..But then he noticed the way it smelt like a heaven's garden and.."Yes?" Christy felt him behind her and turned to face him with a rather startled expression. She found the boy smelling her hair with a dazed, content look in his eyes. The boy perked up at the realization that she had seen him sniffing her hair, equally as startled. "Uh.." he began, but he quickly lost himself in her the cerulean blue sky that was her eyes and.."Yes?" she demanded again, her voice sharp with impatience. "Oh!" he popped up again, trying to get ahold of himself "I'd like to challenge you to a Pokemon battle" he finished, lowering his eyes modestly. "One on one?" he offered hopefully. Christy smiled, and she accepted immediately "Sure!". She kept the pleased smile on her face while turning over a thought in her head. Her very first Pokemon battle since she was 15! "Alright!" the guy exclaimed, with exaggerative excitement. He emitted a nervous chuckle as he palmed his Pokeball. "Let's battle over there, eh?" he gestured toward a fair sized opening in the crowds. When they were settled, the boy cried "Let's go, Raichu!" He released the ball and out popped the electrical mouse Raichu. "Raiiii!" it barked, taking on a haughty battle stance. "Chu!" Strings of tiny lightening quivered and sparked from its comical cheeks. "Electrical Pokemon, huh?" Christy said to herself, under her breath "Then I choose you, Ryhorn! Go!" The Pokeball arced gracefully into the air, liberating it's rather ungainly captive. With a thunderous boom, the Pokemon landed in a disheveled mass. "Rhyy?" it moaned quizzically, blinking at the sun as if it had just been awakened. "Ryhorn, it's time to battle!" Christy beseeched, watching the Raichu prepare for an attack. The Ryhorn still grumbled and pawed at the earth lazily. "Raichu, give it a thundershock!" the boy commanded. The Raichu rubbed it's stubby, caramel tipped paws together, bolts of electricity rocketing from it's cheeks. With an intense cry, the Pokemon forced the shocking neon energy toward its opponent. The power of it was enough to snap the drowsy Ryhorn into full alert, but not enough to even mildly scath him. Christy knew 5 years of training Pokemon in her past would pay off. Of course electricity couldn't hurt the ground type that Ryhorn was! "Ryhorn, horn attack!" Christy demanded with a smirk. The Ryhorn lifted his jutting horn into the air, so that light could reflect off of it's silvery surface threateningly. With a low roar, it charged at the Raichu, whose button eyes grew to the size of dish plates with the impending tremors of the Ryhorn's gallop. It squealed in pain as Ryhorn's tusk hooked into it's plush body, flinging it aside as if it were a mere play-toy. Raichu thudded to the ground beside the massive beast, wheezing as it clutched at its bruised ribcage. "The hell with this!" the boy growled, calling back Raichu before bounding towards Christy's Dratini. The sly Rocket had his hands upon the dragon before Christy could even utter her anguish, and, in a flash, he was racing away down the street ignoring Dratini's terrified pleads. "Hey!" Christy cried in shock, amazed at how swiftly the boy had moved, her mouth agape in disbelief. Then she snapped. "Get back here, kid!" she shouted, her legs pumping her forward as she tore down the road after her Dratini and the theif. Months of strenouos training in her cheerleading practices paid off greatly, for she was already on the boys heels, who glanced back at her in dismay. Try as she might, however, she just couldn't get a hand on him.. The two sped along until the crowds at the auction were out of sight, and they were in the back alleys of the metropolis. Christy formed a thought in her head quickly, praying that it would work. "Dratini, Wrap now!" she called from her now dry, tight throat. The boy had regrettably been paying more attention to Christy's advances then to his own grip on the Dratini's slender body. It slipped out of his hands, and coiled around the his torso, strapping his arms to his ribcage. With a wounded grunt, the boy and the dratini collapsed onto the hard pavement. The Dratini had a few oozing scrapes, but it unmercifully tightened it's muscles around the boys arms and chest, squeezing him until he coughed and choked. Christy loped to a halt, gasping "Don't tighten anymore, Dratini. Just keep his arms wrapped so he can't use them." The Dratini obeyed and the boy panted desperately for air, his chest heaving within the space the Dratini allowed. "Let me go!" He hissed through gritted teeth, writhing with wrath. He couldn't struggle his way out of Dratini's powerful grasp, however. Swearing sailor-style, he gave up in an exhausted heap. "Now, time for a little revenge." Christy smiled wickedly, kneeling down beside the boy, whose face was a bright crimson from his exertions. "Do - don't do anything - ! I'm a, a Team Rocket member, yo-ou know!" he stuttered in between loud gasps. "Team Rocket, huh?" Christy continued to smile "Looks like you need more training!" She unlatched the Pokeball he was wearing on his belt with a little laugh. The boys eyes expanded with a crazy mixture of emotions at the sight of his Pokemon being stolen. "Raichu, no, stop!" he snarled, violently clambering for freedom but getting nowhere. "You bit-" he cursed, but stopped when Christy put her face very close to his. "Now you know how it feels.." she whispered coldly upon his cheek. Christy stood up rapidly, pocketing the pillaged Pokeball. "Sorry, kid. But you asked for it, you know. Dratini, Thunderwave now!" An aura of electrical light formed around the Dratini, who was still wrapped tightly around the now thoroughly frightened boy. With a peep, the Pokemon let loose its powers. The electricity surged through the boy, who convulsed as the energy raced along his body. He continued his spasms until Dratini stopped. "Dratini good job! Come back now!" she beckoned the Dratini back, giving the paralyzed boy a backwards glance of slight sympathy, before striding away from the back alleys with her newly acquired Raichu. ---------------------------------- As you can see, Christy has major mood swings... So..uh..Anyone want a Raichu before the auction is done?
