Pyyrus after healing Aztec and Pyro has taken a trip down to the Gym to try his hand at the Marsh Badge. Odds are definately against him since he is going out of order, but the sheer power of Aztec's and Pyro's fire attacks should be enough to win, atleast so he hopes.... Chris strode into the Gym. It was decorated in the same that it had been when he had fought Unis. The walls were covered in ivy, and it was actually pretty rustic. He admired the sights, but quickly got back on task. He then got in line and then just waited. He was number five in line and it the battles in front of him were long. It took about 2 hours to get up to the front and get his turn. He found, up front, Erika already set with Unis about 5 feet to her rear. Unis quickly after seeing Chris whispered something to her boss. Then Erika stood up, "So your the one who beat Unis a few days ago? Very few have that honor and are very good trainers in deed. I suppose your here for my badge?" she asked. "Why yes I am, shall get this over with?" Chris responded. "Yes lets! Go Vileplume!" Erika called "Go Pyro!" Chris commanded. Then the massive form of the Charizard appeared. "Vileplume, Stun Spore!" Erika commanded "Pyro, Fire Blast!" Chris ordered. Pyro got himself poised for battle. He reared back ready to light the Vileplume up, when he got hit by its Stun Spore attack. Pyro was shaken and fell down with a massive thud. Pyro was then fast asleep, and was out the fight. "Pyro return!" Chris calmly ordered. "Splash 1! Got anything else in your bag?" Erika asked "Infact I do! Go Aztec!" Chris commanded, then the snake like form of Aztec's Dragonair body appeared. "Vileplume, make that Dragonair pay! Stun Spore again!" Erike told her Pokemon "Aztec, Ice Beam!" Chris ordered. Again Vileplume let loose his Stun Spores, but was met by a surprise. Aztec used her long body to twist around the spores and was unaffected. Then at point blank range Aztec let loose her Ice Beam and froze Vileplume solid. Then with her Pokemon defeated, she recalled it. "Nice work, but it is in vain! Go Victreebel!" she called and mighty form of Victreebel appeared. "Aztec Fire Blast!" Chris commanded "Victreebel, Vine Whip attack!" Erika ordered. Yet this time the tables were turned on Erika. Aztec had the first atack and let loose on the plant. Aztec burned the plant down to what appeared to be a whithered husk. Erika recalled Victreebel as well. "Excellenct work. I must say, someone like yourself, who has one only one badge would have been mulch. Well, you recieve this." Erika said giving Chris the Marsh Badge.
