The fine-tuned motor-bike sped down the road, kicking up dust as it went.
Pallet Town was lucky to have gotten a few of the Izuda 800s, complete with
passenger/prisoner side-car, when they upgraded the police force a couple of
years ago. Officer Jenny barely had to twist the accelerator to get it
screaming towards whereever she had to go in a hurry. She looked down briefly
and brought the auto-map on the bike's small computer screen. According to her
cousin in Viridian, the tree where the Pokemon thief was tied up to was just a
little farther. The trainers who stopped the thief had reported him to the
Viridian Officer Jenny, but since the part of Route 1 he was tied up at was
closer to Pallet then Viridian, it was Pallet's Jenny that went out to go fetch
and arrest him.
She she sent the bike in a sliding screech, stopping it by the crossroads
where the trainers had said the tree was. She got off and took a look around.
She couldn't see anyo..wait. She walked over to a tree, apperently where the
thief was. Was being the right word, cause whoever was tied to it was gone. The
ropes were left on the floor. That and one other thing..
Officer Jenny picked up a Pokeball, opened and empty, noting with a little
disgust that it had drool on one half. She still had to wonder though, why
didn't the thief take the 'ball, and more importantlly where was he now...
