Date: Thursday, April 29, 1999 3:37 AM Last time, Icy, InsaneLlama, and Tauras found themselves in Lavender Town, home of the Pokémon Tower. After Icy caught a new Gastly, the group headed to see the Name Changer in Lavender Town. And now... WHAT'S IN A NAME? ------------------------- Icy opened the door and they walked in. A strange looking man greeted them. "Welcome friends! I am the Name Changer of Lavender Town. Do you have pokémon you'd like to have named or renamed. Icy stepped forward. "I do," he said into the translator. The Name Changer, like others, was very shocked to see a talking Pikachu. Nevertheless, he agreed to give new names to all of Icy's pokémon. Icy dumped all his pokéballs onto the table. The table was half covered; Icy had captured a lot of pokémon. The first pokemon he pulled out was Abra. "What name would you like your Abra to have?" Icy thought about it for a minute. He wanted to give his pokemon very special names. "Hocus," replied Icy. Abra grinned in acceptance. The Name Changer did some special things for Hocus and his pokeball and he was finished. Now, Icy sent out his Pidgey. He had seen it since he captured it. "I'll name you Windstorm." Windstorm flapped its small wings with delight. Icy pulled out the next pokeball. He continued naming his pokemon. He named his Oddish, Leafy; his Nidoran, Pin; his Caterpies, Michelle, Moni, Sunshine, Lilly, Wiggler, Suctioncup, Sandy, Dill, Verde, Buggy; his Pikachu, Static; his Horsea, Neptune; his Porygon, Cyber; his Butterfree, Buttercup; his Dratini, Hyper; and Gastly, Vapor. "That's all of them!" Icy put each of the pokeballs back in his pack. TBC... ================================== I know that was short, but I needed to officially rename them.
