>"Scyther! Scyth."
>"Hmm, someone has to be here.... comeon everyone, lets git."

"What a loon!" Nori grumbled, wondering why she'd decided to follow Car'tos.
She ducked behind a wall, and started off down a corridor. The door to one of
the rooms was ajar, so Nori went inside.
Two Rockets stood in the room, amidst a sea of machinery. The first one, the
older of the two, was lecturing the other.
"This machine is used for changing a Pokemon's registration number," he
explained, producing a pokeball. "Whenever a trainer buys a pokeball, that
pokeball is given a serial number, which coincides with their Trainer's ID.
When a pokemon is caught in that pokeball ,it is engrained with that serial
number, and will follow only the person with the matching ID.
"Now, with this machine, we can erase the serial number from the ball and the
pokemon, and register it as our own. That way, even stolen pokemon can be made
obedient!"
"Brilliant!" the other Rocket cried, utterly sycophantic. "But, what does this
other machine do?"
"Ah." the first Rocket smiled. "This is the teleportation device that I've been
working on. In each of the major cities, and several of the caves, I've set up
contact points. Now, say you wanted to go to the Seafoam Islands. First, we'd
have to radio the contact point, to boot up the machinery."
He quickly tapped a number of buttons, after which, the sound of a modem was
heard. There was a hum, and an inside shot of the Seafoam caves was shown on an
overhead monitor. The Rocket nodded, and maneuvered his assistant over to a
small booth.
"Next, we put you in here." He closed the door to the booth, and returned to
the side of the machine. After pressing a few more buttons, he gestured to the
man in the booth, and pulled down on a lever. There was a flash of light, and
his assistant disappeared.
The first Rocket ran to the monitor, and pulled a microphone down from the
ceiling.
"Frank! Frank! Are you there?"
"Yeah!" the other man replied, visible on the monitor.
"Wow, it actually worked! I'm at the Seafoam Islands! And I... uh-oh..."
A low, cat-like growl came from somewhere off camera.
"I think you'd better bring me back..."
Getting bored, Nori yawned, and continued down the hall.

This place was strange... some of the walls were transparent, and through them,
she could see gallons of fizzy soda.
She stared at the swirling liquid intently, it had an almost hypnotic effect.
Suddenly, she caught a flash of white, streaking through the darkness. The
white creature grew closer, beginning to take on a distinct form. It had tiny
arms, and huge feet, which were propelling it through the soda, like flippers.
It came to within inches of her, then stopped; swinging its tail from side to
side, and blinking its large blue eyes.
"Mew?"
Nori almost fell over. "Mew?"
"Mew!" the creature responded. It poked a finger into the wall of that was
separating them, causing it to bounce, like jello. Then, with a giggle, it
reared back, and slammed its entire body into the wall. The wall quivered,
sending shockwaves through the soda. Mew's body danced, as the currents pulled
it in different directions.
Curious, Nori reached out to touch the wall--
and her hand passed right through it. The next thing she knew, she was
submerged in the soda, floating next to the odd white creature. Nori sputtered,
unable to breath, but Mew just laughed, and swam away.
The girl sulked for a minute, unsure of what to do. She pressed her hand up
against the wall, trying to find a way back inside, but the wall was now solid.
Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her hand, as if something was biting it,
through the wall. The jaws closed tightly around her fist, then the thing
jerked her, and pulled her back through the wall. The girl groaned, and
collapsed to the floor. The last thing she saw was a large, white Persian...
>Car'tos ran into someone, knocking him down.
>Car'tos looked at him, and saw Simon. Needless Car'tos attacked him.
>Car'tos punched him a few times in the face before Giovanni could do
>anything.
>Boss got up, and whacked Car'tos sane agian.
>"Wha... oh man..Boss!" Car'tos said lying on the ground, all messed up.
>"Car'tos! What has gotten into you!"
>Nori came around the hall and saw Car'tos on the floor, talking to Boss.
>
>"Sorry sir... thought you were Simon..."
>"Car'tos! What happened to you? Wheres your leg!?"
>"Hm! Stupid Simon did this to me..."
>"Come Car'tos, ill fix you up."
>
>Car'tos slowly followed Boss, with Scyther and Pinsir following Car'tos.
>Nori creeped up behind the two Bugs.
>Giovanni entered a Med Room, walked up to a small, red bookcase, and found a
>patch to put over the hole in Car'tos' wing.
>"Thank you sir, and... sorry about attacking you..."
>"Just don't let it happen agian! Oh, and you can bring me something from the
>pub south of here."
>"Ok Boss! On my way!"
>
>Car'tos left the room, and ran into his Bugs... fighting.
>He snaped his fingers, and the two stoped.
>"Comeon guys, lets go bring Boss some stuff... hmm, wheres Nori..?"
>
>Nori saw Car'tos leave, and quickly followed after them.
>"Hey!"
>Car'tos turned around "Hm? Oh, hey."
>"Where ya going?"
>"To Old Man Andrew's."
>
If Car'tos noticed that Nori was soaking wet, he had the decency to keep his
mouth shut. Nori didn't care... she was thinking about Blizzard...
