Some distance away, Doppler fumed.
"They should *be* here by now. What's taking them so long?"
#We don't want them here. We have...taken measures to keep them away.#
"WHO'S THERE?!?"
#You know us. You took after our wayward son.#
"Mew?"
#Such is the name the humans have given us.#
"What are you doing here?"
#Such the inquisitor, aren't we?#
Doppler noticed that the mental 'voice' was almost artificially calm...
the same tone some people only used when they were really ticked off.
Involuntarily, he took a step back, even though he had no idea where the
Mew were.
#You are not welcome among us, creation of man. Good bye.#
"No, WA-"
With the path to the bottle now free of Doppler, the Mew turned back
towards Seth, only to find him gone.

A Ditto landed in front of Indigo Plateau. This went almost unnoticed,
for Dittos were native to that area. This was a very good thing for
Doppler, as he was in no condition to fight after the Mew's teleport.

"Purr purrsian, purr?" (That was an emergency teleport, wasn't it?)
"No choice. Had get Seth out while blue field dim. Mimic guess
whatever make blue field distracted. How Slasher guess emergency?"
"Purr, purrsian sian PURR PURRSIAN. SIAN PURR!" (Oh, just the fact
that we're 100 FEET OFF THE GROUND! TRANSFORM ALREADY!)
"Too late."
Given all the other oddness that had happened recently, the sight of
James, Jenny, and a Persian crashing into the street just outside
Celadon Gym was not unusual...although an observant viewer might have
thought it a bit odd that none of them seemed to take much damage from
the landing, and that after getting up, Jenny was carrying James in a
direction other than the police station.

Very trying. (JK!) ;P
