"Let's just give up, we'll never find anything." For a week now, Dern, Kathy, and Derrick had been mining. Kathy actually just got herself a tan in her lawn chair. They had found no fossils yet (if you count out the crispy skin chicken Kathy unvailed). "I give up too," Derrick said. "This was a complete waste of time when we should have been preparing for that appearance in pokemon court." "Wha? You think that the pokemon gangs will win the trial when their lawyer is a Magikarp?" Dern asked. "I still want the Grimer Gang to go free, but they don't have a chance." Dern took out the lawyer. "Magikarp! Magikarp! Magikarp! Magikarp!" "Well," Derrick said, "we'll be going to Fushia just to rest for a while. Come along Paras, Weepinbell." They hopped aboard and as Derrick was walking, Weepinbell stuffed Paras back into his poke ball. "Bell.." Then, he picked up Oddish's poke ball, and tossed it as far away as his leaves could throw. On their way back, they ran into a girl... "Ohh! You have pokemon! Let's battle!" "Uhh...okay.." The girl smirked. "I choose, Staryu! I'm a beginer, so go easy on me." "Sure, I'll just send out Oddish.." Derrick looked and looked, but found no Oddish in his posession. He turned to Weepinbell. "What happened?" "Bell [I dunno]." "Sigh, then, go, Weepinbell.." He then added, "Go easy on him." "Alright!" The girl cheered her Staryu. "Use Water Gun!" Stayu shot out the water, but it made no dent in Weepinbell. Then, with all his might, Weepinbell shot away Staryu with his Razor Leaf attack. "Wahhh, wahhh!" The girl screamed and ran away after her flying Staryu. Derrick turned to Weepinbell. "You were supposed to go easy on him!" he disciplined. "Bell.." "Sigh... Why can't you be more like Oddish?" "BELL!" This of course, infuriated Weepinbell and he shot out acid in his face. "RETURN WEEPINBELL!"
