He was almost finished with his badges, and wanted to have his other seven BEFORE going after his boss for an Earth Badge. What this would result in, Shard didn't want to know. Banshee interrupted Shard's thoughts with all the subtlety of a rabid Rhydon. "When's LUNCH? I'm HUNGRY, dangit!" Shard snatched Gangreen out from the middle on the Jigglypuff's sandwich. "Paras..." wimpered the frightened insect. "Allright! We're headed to Brock's Diner!" said Shard. "What a weird..." A line of Pikachus congaed past, cuting him short. "Pika pika piKA! Pika pika piKA! Pika pika piKA!" they sang, over and over. Shard shook his head, and he and his pokemon headed to the diner. --- Shard walked into the diner, followed by the Pikachus, who congaed up to their trainer and his dining companion, then bowed. "Not bad," laughed the large man across the table. "But do you have anything that can top THIS? Raticate, come here and show him your stuff!" With that, a Raticate appeared on top of the table, wearing a large hat, and began to kick its feet alternatingly, occasionally jumping into the air, doing a split, and shouting "CATE!" Shard just shook his head, snatched Gangreen from Banshee, and waited for a table. Shard fields, who just wrote that to establish the whereabouts of hias characters, and to put the image of the Pikachu Conga Line into YOUR heads. But someone else posted something earlier today regarding Raticate doing that Russian dance, so...
