A map of the fuscia city gyms invisible walls!" he though to himself. He had spent the last hour mapping the walls out with his koffing ricola marking them with sludge. One of kogas ninjas suddenly appeared behind him with a katana pointed at his back. "We have secrets." the ninja said, increasing the swords pressure. Sammy mouthed "Weed smoke" to ricola. Ricola turned to the ninja and let loose a blast of illegal substance right in the ninjas face. The ninja suddenly became a lot more friendly. "How did this gym get so....nice!" the ninja said, putting an arm over sammys shoulder. Sammy ran from the gym quickly before any more ninjas could appear. Outside the gym Natasha and Tenchi were arguing over who got their soul badge with more skill. "You got the badge with luck!" "no you did!" they argued back and forth. "I'll see you two lovebirds later i'm heading off to grandpa canyon. see you at cinnabar!" sammy told them. Sammy sent out tanky, jumped on the porygons back and told her "Warp speed to grandpa canyon!". Tenchi and natasha yelled to sammy "We're just friends!!!" but he was long gone. Later, at the canyon: Sammy had been digging for hours but no fossils were to be found. "Any luck?" He asked his pokemon. They all shook their heads. "Okay looks like we'll have to call in the heavy artillery. Polaris, ballbiter use thundershock over there. Ricola ready your most acidic substance." Polaris and ballbiter sent 2 bolts of lightning down onto the granite. The primary, most recent layer had been stripped bar of fossils by tourists but the older layers were still rich with them. Sammy dug in the newly exposed granite for about 30 seconds with his pikaxe before exposing the top of a fossil. It looked like a shell but not any he had ever seen. It appeared to be a spiral helix. Sammy pointed his rarely used pokedex at it. "Cloyster: A water pokemon well protected by 2 shells." Then the gameboy shaped device flashed to a picture of a slowpoke. "Slowpoke a dopey pokemon cloyster a water slowpokecloystersloysterpokeeosfiehfeoih ERROR404!" the pokedex blurted out in a distorted voice while smoking. "I guess i'll just have to identify it myself. Ricola spray acid all around but not on that fossil." sammy told his koffing while donning some gloves. The granite melted away, revealing a spiral helix shaped fossil. Sammy took it to the revival tent. After waiting in line with what seemed like hundreds of tourists sammy finally reached the revival tent. "How many fossils do you want revived?" "Just this one." he said, handing the reviver the odd shaped fossil. The machine sputtered and whirred until it produced a pokemon.
