Posters had been put up all over the place. They all had the same thing printed on then: *** *** ANNOUNCEMENT *** *** ---------------------------- The 1st annual Pokémon Tenkaichi-Budokai is to take place next week. From June 10th through the 20th, all Pokémon Trainers are encouraged to bring your best Pokémon to battle in this martial-arts tournament. All Pokémon types are allowed. There will be 3 different power classes: 2 to 30, 31 to 60, and the Master class, 61 to 100. The battles will take place 10 miles north of Mt. Moon at the specially-built Budokai Arena. In other towns, similar posters were being stuck up. They seemed to simply crop up overnight, without a trace of anyone being there TO put them up. The whole ordeal had most of the nameless people in the towns talking. Many prepared their pokemon for the battle that would determine who had the most powerful creatures. The Pokémon League was -not- pleased at this turn of events, either. Lance had gotten together with the other members of the Elite Four, and had decided they needed to take action. Elsewhere... Spectre had found a ride to Cinnibar. A Cruise Lapras had happened by early that morning, and he was lucky enough to be able to talk the pokemon into giving him a lift. He looked around and sighed before leaping atop a small house. "Now where the hell is Kat's house?"
