Sirius entered the next room after healing his wounded Pokémon. The room was cluttered with boulders. At the end of the room was Bruno, sitting cross-legged. "I saw your feat against Lorelei," said Bruno. He pointed towards a monitor in the corner. "But you won't be able to beat me." "How do you figure that?" asked Sirius skeptically. "Lorelei uses Ice Pokémon, and I had a huge disadvantage against her. You use Fighting and Rock. I have two Water Pokémon and a Ground Pokémon, and three of them fly." Bruno gave Sirius a blank look. "I'm stronger than Lorelei." "Forget it, let's just fight. I challenge you." "I'll use five Pokémon. You can use whatever you have left." Bruno stood up and threw a Pokéball onto the ground. "Go, Onix!" "Gyarados, I choose you!" shouted Sirius, throwing his Pokéball. Onix Gyarados materialized and faced each other. "Gyarados, one Hydro Pump will defeat it!" "Onix, Rock Throw!" Gyarados became airborne and prepared to dodge Onix's attack. Onix threw its body at Gyarados and missed, slamming into the ground. The earth shook with each slam. Gyarados blasted the water at Onix while it was on the ground. The arena was soon waist-deep in water. Onix couldn't get up and was drowning and in pain. "Onix, return!" Onix was promptly returned to its Pokéball. "Go, Hitmonchan!" "Mon chan!" said Hitmonchan, punching its fists in the air. "Gyarados, return! Go Aerodactyl! Wing attack, now!" "AAAAEEEEERRRRRROOOOOO!" Aerodactyl swooped downwards to Hitmonchan. Hitmonchan lifted its right to punch, but was slapped from above. Hitmonchan countered with Ice Punch, freezing Aerodactyl's wing. "Hitmonchan, Mega Punch!" yelled Bruno. "Hyper Beam, now!" "Mon Chan!" "Aero!" Hitmonchan drew back its right fist to punch when the beam hit it. Aerodactyl's attack drove Hitmonchan back to the wall and seriously burned Hitmonchan. "Hitmonchan, return! Hitmonlee, go!" "Hit-mon... leeeeeeee!" Hitmonlee materialized right next to the recharging Aerodactyl and kicked its frozen wing hard. The ice shattered and Aerodactyl screamed in pain. "Aerodactyl, return! Charizard, go!" "CHAAAAAR!" Charizard flew high above Hitmonlee. "Use Flamethrower!" "Hitmonlee, Hi-Jump Kick!' Charizard fired the blaze towards Hitmonlee. Hitmonlee jumped backwards. It jumped a second time and kicked Charizard across the face. Charizard swiftly turned around and slapped Hitmonlee with its burning tail. Hitmonlee fell to the ground, badly burned. "Hitmonlee, return! Onix, go! Rock Throw!" Charizard struggled to stop as the giant rock snake appeared. Onix crashed to the ground, trapping Charizard under it. "Charizard, return! Marowak, go!" Marowak scurried to Onix and whacked it's tail. Onix roared and wrapped its body around Marowak. Marowak, too slow to escape, tried clubbing Onix more but Onix ignored the pain. "Marowak, Bonemerang its face!" "Onix, bind it some more!" Marowak coughed and wheezed for air. He was slowly suffocating. "Marowak, return! Reis, I choose you! Hyper Beam it into submission!" Reis, about half the length of Onix, raised her body as high as possible. Onix, confused at what she was doing, crawled back a little. With that, Reis fired the beam at Onix. Onix roared again and, already weakened by Marowak's Bone Club, fainted. "Onix, return!" shouted Bruno. "I'm down to my last Pokémon, but it's a good one. MACHAMP, GO!" "MACHAMP!" "Reis, return! Gyarados, go! Dragon Rage!" Gyarados spun around in a small circle, creating fierce winds. While Machamp helplessly looked on, Gyarados stopped spinning and let the twister go. Gyarados fired a blast of water into it. "MACHAMP!" Machamp, using its four arms like an ape, ran away as fast as it could go. The winds only grew stronger and sucked Machamp in. Machamp was thrown against the wall. The water and wind caused great damage to it. "Gyarados, Hyper Beam!" Gyarados opened its mouth wide and shot out the beam of intense power. The winds died down, allowing the Hyper Beam to successfully hit Machamp. "Machamp, return!" Machamp was returned before it could get hit. "You won this time. I don't know how..." "Come one, Marowak. Let's go. Our next fight's against Agatha, so be ready." TBC... I know this one sucked, no need to tell me.
