Sirius sat down, his feet still aching. It was only his second time in the ATR base. James had already left the room, telling Sirius to wait for Raven to come and explain what had happened. It had already been a half-hour, and if Sirius's feet weren't nearly broken he would have already left being as impatient as he was. Finally, Raven stepped through the door. "Hello. You're Sirius, right?" asked Raven. "Yeah, that's me." Not remembering who he was, Sirius studied Raven's face for a minute. "Hi, Raven. Where's Simon?" "Simon's... gone." Raven lowered his head. "I don't know where he is. He's presumed dead." "Huh?" Sirius's eyes widened. He stood up, but the pain in his feet caused him to sit back down. He gave a long, deep sigh. "God... What happened?" "It's a long story. Me and James are the heads of ATR now." Sirius was startled. Why would Simon appoint Raven as a leader of ATR? Sirius had known Simon well, and Raven had only recently joined. But Sirius shook his head and shifted his thoughts to Simon's death. "Uh huh. Well, if you don't need me to do anything, I'll just head back to Indigo Plateau." TBC...
