A summary will also be included.) Since we last saw Runt, Christy, Sarah Jane, Jon, and Damian; they've left the Celadon Gym, went to sleep for the night, and started their way to Grandpa's Canyon. After an early lunch at the Cloverwood Ranch, the group was given a lift by Runt's dad to Route 12. They've made wonderful progress and now are just outside the entrance to Grandpa's Canyon - where we now rejoin them. "Nido-ran?" whine Cuddles and Spunky. "Soon, we'll be there soon," replies Sarah Jane. Runt tries to stifle a laugh, but fails miserably. "Bet you sometimes wish you couldn't understand Pokémon, eh Sarah?" <Insert Sarah Jane's reply> They soon reach the entrance to the canyon, where they're met by a burly man in tan clothes. "Welcome to Grandpa's Canyon," he drones, "the entrance fee is 500 per person." He lazily sticks out his hand. After a few uncertain moments, the group pays the man. He reaches behind his 'desk', pulls out 5 rolled up pieces of paper, and passes them out. "These are your maps of the canyon. The Canyon Visitor's Center and various other things are clearly marked. Have fun." He raises the barrier and ushers them through. Once inside, they open their maps and examine them. "Now what?" asks Damian, breaking the silence. "Maybe we should go to the Visitor's Center first," suggests Christy. "Or we could try to find that...Oasis thing," adds Runt.
