If he headed North, to Cerulean, he could battle at the local gym for a Cascade badge, then head east for a boulder badge. Or, he could head west to Celedon, and get a rainbow badge. Shock weighed his options. Going north would take him in the direction of two badges, but he would never be in another good position to return and go to Celedon City. Shock decided to flip a coin. If it was heads, Shock would go to Celedon. If it was tails, Shock would go to Cerulean. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a coin. He flipped it, and caught it in his hands as it was coming down. Then he turned it over and slapped it on his wrist, without looking at it. When he uncovered his hand, it was heads. Shock was going to Celedon City. He continued flipping the coin as he headed towards Celedon. About half way to the city, he dropped the coin after being pushed by some kid. "Hey!" Shock cried to the kid, "Come back here. I challenge you to a pokemon match." "Fine," Said the kid, "Your on! Go, Diglett!" "Go, Magnemite!" Shock cried. He threw Magnemite's pokeball, and Magnemite popped out. "Magnemite, Sonicboom, Now!" "Mag-ne-mite," It said. a blast of pure energy was sent strait at the diglett. "Diglett, Dig! Now!" The kid cried. Diglett dug underground before the blast could hit it. "Magnemite, Tackle it, now!" Shock cried, knowing that ground pokemon were strong against electric pokemon. Magnemite looked around for Diglett. It couldn't see it anywhere. It started floating lower and lower to the ground, looking for it. "Diglett, attack!" The kid cried. Diglett popped out of the ground, and slammed into Magnemite. Magnemite slammed onto the ground. "Good job, Disglett," The kid cried, "Return!" "Magnemite!" Shock cried, "Return!" Magnemite ran into his pokeball, and Shock started towards his backpack where his stolen potions were. He reached in and picked one out. Then he called Magnemite out of its pokeball and sprayed it on Magnemite. Soon, Magnemite had returned to health. Shock reached down for the coin he had dropped when the kid pushed him. He quickly realized that he was holding his two-headed coin. "This is a raw deal," He said to Magnemite, "It's too late to turn back now, guess i'll keep heading to Celedon. He reached into his backpack and reached for his lighter, and a cigarette. "Shoot, all out!" He said to Magnemite, I'll have to re-stock in Celedon. A few minutes later, they reached Celedon city. Shock decided to take Magnemite to the local pokemon center for a rest. After the nurse had taken Magnemite away, Shock sat down and started flipping the two-headed coin again.
