"Sssure," Scy said, "Letss Go." They headed up a small hill and entered the caverns that were Mt. Moon. "Its kind-a dark in here," Shock said, "I can't find my lighter." Shock reached into his backpack and started searching for his lighter. "Pokeball, clothes. cigarettes, potions... Where's my lighter? My lighters gone! Oh." He grabbed his lighter and pulled it out of his backpack. "Here it is!" Shock lit the lighter. "Heres some light!" Shock almost dropped the lighter. It did nothing to illuminate the darkness. Shock almost threw the lighter against the cavern wall. "Piece of crap." "What?" Scy asked, "Whatss wrong?" "This lighter is no help at all," Shock said. "How are we going to get through Mt. Moon when we can't even see where we are going!" "I think we can make it though Mt. Moon with jusst your lighter. I can see through the darknesss, but your lighter will help me," Scy informed Shock. "UUUUUUU!" Something called. "Ahhhh!" Scy cried as something swooped down into him. The thing started to push Scy's head to the side. Then it stuck its fangs into Scy. 'What is that?' Shock wondered. He lit his lighter and used it to look at the thing. The second that the light shone on the thing, it flapped away. It seemed to be afraid of the light. "What was that?" Shock asked. He ran over to Scy, who had fallen over. "Are you okay?" "Yess," Scy said, "But that Zubat was not an ordinary Zubat. "What do you mean?" Shock asked, "I don't understand." "That Zubat... It smelled... It looked... Dead!" Scy exclaimed. "What," Shock said. He didn't believe in ghosts, and he told Scy just that. "This Zubat ssssseemsss more like a vampire," Scy informed Shock. "Well, how do you defeat a vampire?" Shock asked Scy. "I think that fire can defeat a vampire, but i don't have any fire pokemon!" "I do, Go Fire!" Scy cried. Scy's ninetails popped out of its pokeball. "Ninetails!" It said, "Tails, Tails." "Fire, if we ssee that sstrange Zubat again, I want you to usse your fire attack on it," Scy told Fire. "Nine," It said.They then continued walking through Mt. Moon. -------------------------- One hour later, Scy, Shock, and Fire were walking throught almost pitch blackness through Mt. Moon. "Zuuuuuuubat!" They suddently heard. The Zubat again flew towards Scy and tried to bite him again on the neck. "Fire, now!" Scy said. The Ninetails sent all its firepower at the Zubat. "Zuuuuuuu!" It cried out in pain. Then it turned to dust. Nothing was there. It had been a vampire Zubat. Scy recalled Fire and together, Shock and Scy ran out of Mt. Moon. They made it out in about 5 minutes. They then headed towards Pewter City. TBC....... (I was watching re-runs of "Dark Shadows" on the Sci-Fi channel when I wrote this.)
