The Starmie was the last of a triplet of Starmies to leave the island. It coasted though the waves, heading away from the other two. Straight for Ivory Island. "We should wait for Saber," said Sirius. Derrick grumbled and sat down on a rock. "Gloom, go." He took out a container. "Gloom, gloom!" squealed the stinky flower. Derrick put some pellets into his hand and handed them to Gloom. Gloom happily ate and went to sleep, continuing to drool. Derrick returned Gloom and sent out Victreebel. Sirius was pretty bored watching Derrick feed each of his Pokémon, one at a time. "Maybe I should let out some of my own Pokémon..." he thought. "Polaris, go!" Sirius threw the Seadra's Pokéball into the ocean. It opened and flew back to Sirius, hitting him in the face. "Ow... how do they do that?" Polaris swam around in the ocean for a while, enjoying the lukewarm water. Suddenly, the Seadra let out a gasp and ran back to Sirius. "Hey, what's the matter?" "Sea! Sea, Seadra, dra sea!" "Uh... Huh?" "Sea sea sea sea!" Polaris faced the water and shot out a mess of ink. "Hmm... Looks like some kind of ink blob," mused Sirius. Polaris fell over, exasperated. Derrick walked closer to shore to see what was going on. "Looks like a picture of a Starmie. And it says 'attack at Seadra' next to it," he said. "Eh, I guess Polaris just got into a little fight." "Wait a minute... There it is!" Sirius could see the outline of a Starmie close by in the water. "And it has a big red R on it! That's pretty stupid when you think about it, isn't it? The R would definitely make it more conspicuous. If they didn't want anyone to find out about..." "Shut up! Now it knows where Ivory Island is!" yelled Derrick. "Attack it, stupid!" Sirius sheepishly frowned. "Polaris, catch it!" commanded Sirius. "Use Ice Beam!" "Sea!" Polaris fired Ice Beam. It hit the water above Starmie, freezing it. The frozen Starmie bobbed up and down in the water. Suddenly, the ice shattered. Starmie jumped into the air and spun around rapidly, still facing Sirius and Derrick. It spun so fast it hovered. Small gun-like mechanisms seemed to pop out of Starmie's arms. They fired, piercing some sand close to the two. "AAAAAUUUUUGGGGHHHHH!" Sirius and Derrick both ran for cover, escaping a trail of flying sand shot by the Starmie. Polaris and Victreebel escaped into their Pokéballs. Sirius and Derrick soon got behind a rock. The barrage of bullets feverishly chipped away on the rock. "Gyarados, Aerodactyl, go!" yelled Sirius. "Attack the Starmie!" "GRAAAAAR!" "AAEEEEERRRRROOOO!" roared the two Pokémon as they were released. Gyarados dove into the water while Aerodactyl took to the skies. Starmie detected the Aerodactyl and faced it, its arms rapidly firing. Aerodactyl was hit in both wings and started to fall before it was returned to its Pokéball. Gyarados wove through the waves unnoticed as Starmie focused its guns back to Sirius and Derrick. "GRAAAAAR!" Gyarados rose out of the water and caught Starmie in its mouth. It began to clamp its jaw as hard as it could. Starmie stopped firing and released a greenish gas. Gyarados inhaled, and let go. It sunk into the water sleepily. Starmie violently shook, still airborne. Derrick could see its mechanical, man-made flesh in Gyarados's teeth-marks. Starmie finally hit the water. Now that its armor was pierced, the water reached the vulnerable insides of the robot Starmie. "EEEEEUUUUURUGGHGHHHH!" Starmie exploded, sending shrapnel everywhere. "Phew... that's one less thing we have to worry about," said Sirius. TBC... Got bored, so...
