As Hayman and KoVu ran downstairs, they could hear the sound of screaming outside. A gang of thiefs raided the small town of Sceptre, as they flamed everything in sight with thier Charmanders. "Where's Squritle? Squritle!?! Where are you?" Asked Hayman. "He's in my room," Replied KoVu "I'll get him!" "No!" Said Hayman holding KoVu back, "It's too dangerous. I'll go!" "Are you sure?" "Yes. I'll get Ditto and Cubone too." Then Hayman ran up the stairs not even looking back at KoVu. KoVu could hear the screaming getting louder and the sound of fire burning on wood. Above all the noise, a voice said "Run! Cops!" and within 30 seconds everything was quiet. "Hayman? You there?" Asked KoVu, but he heard nothing. All he saw was three pokéballs rolling down the stairs. KoVu looked outside and saw that the town of 350 people was reduced to about 50. "God," said a voice behind him That gang burnt down nearly the whole city!". KoVu was quick to realize that it was his friend Tim. "Who were they?" "I dunno, but they killed Hayman." KoVu mentioned in a low voice. "But who did this?"...
