His wounds were gone, and a grey mist swirled all around him. He heard a voice from behind. "You are in a place not quite life, not quite death. Tenchi whirled around. "Blazer!" The large fox trotted over to his former master, licking his face. "Its good to see you again Tenchi." Tenchi swallowed hard, trying to take in what had happend. Blazer placed a paw on his shoulder. "It's time for you to go back. She needs you more then i do." He looked at the Ninetails with bleary eyes. "I..i'm afraid." He smiled. "Don't be. The evil has been destroyed, and you two have your whole lives ahead for you two. One day, all 3 of us will be together, i promise you that." Tenchi nodded, and stood up, walking into the bright light. Tenchi opened his eyes to a bright sunlight, and a young womans sobs. "Oh..Tenchi, why? Why?" Coughing up blood, Tenchi found he could not sit up, but he reached his left arm up to the woman he loved, and placed his hand on her cheek. Natasha gasped, and dropped the sword onto the sand, now a dull orange. "Oh Goddish. Is it...you?" He nodded with some difficulty. He spoke, his voice a softwisper with traces of pain. "The....destroyed.......pain.....love you" Despite the fragmented form of the sentance, Natasha found she understood exactly what he was saying."Oh...i love you to!" She bent down, and hugged him. Breaking the embrace momentarily, Natasha reached into her backpack, and took out a small device. "This is a special potion they gave me at the hospital. It will help your wounds heal quicker." He nodded as she inseted the needle into his arm. A few minutes later, most of Tenchis cuts and bruises were gone or clearing, and the large cut in his chest was better looking. Natasha then noticed his right shoulder. "Your arm...its starting to regrow! This stuff must regenerate dead tissue too!" He smiled, and kissed her on the cheek. It was nightfall, so not many people were out on the beach. A few onlookers saw them, but decided not to get involved when they saw the couples wounds. Natasha reached into the backpack again. "I also got our pokemon. She released Nightbird, who snuggled into Tenchis lap, and Prime, who climbed onto his head, laughing. Natashas pokemon stayed by her, comunicating telepathicly to her. A small Vulpix worked her way out of the bag. Tenchi pet her with his free arm. "We need a name for her you know." "Vulpix, Vullll...pix." Natasha set Cubone down, and pet the fox. "What did she say?" "She said to call her Tails." Natasha smiled, picking up Charmander. "Tails..." The two stood up, and kissed again before returning there pokemon, save for the Vulpix who walked at their side as they headed down the beach to a hotel to start living their lives together right. -NinjaMecha, Destron Otaku!
