Opening Fic! Yeah! DarkKnight119@rocketmail.com It was a bright, sunny day in Celadon City when Adrianna began her Pokemon Journey. Her parents went out to wish her, Jigglypuff, and Charmander well, and then they were gone into the plains and forests surrounding the big city. Adrianna looked back at the Pokemon Gym standing in Celadon. "I'll be back," she mumbled to herself. Jigglypuff was walking alongside Adrianna since he didn't like Pokeballs. After a few moments, Jigglypuff stopped. His ears pricked up in the cool morning air. "What is it, Jigglypuff?" asked Adrianna. "Jiggy! Jigglypuff," said Jigglypuff, pointing at a clump of grass. The grass moved. Cautiously, Jigglypuff waddled over to the grass and poked at it. "Jiggy?" Suddenly, with an explosion of dry grass a Rattatta shot from the clod. It jumped into the air and bit Jigglypuff. "Jigggggggyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!" cried Jigglypuff, desperatley smacking at the Rattatta. "Jigglypuff, doubleslap! No! No! Jigglypuff! Get it off of you!" cried Adrianna. She sighed. "We clearly have a long way to go." Jigglypuff finally ended up wrestling the Rattatta to the ground. With a shriek, it ran away. "Aw man! Jiggy, you okay?" asked Adrianna. "Jiggy! Puff! Jigglypuff!!!" said Jigglypuff, pointing at where the Rattatta had bit it. "I know. We'll get you good as new when we get to the next town," said Adrianna. Nodding, Jigglypuff fell into place beside her. After walking for around three hours, Adrianna saw yet another Rattata. Jigglypuff, seeing the rat Pokemon, recoiled. "Alright, Jigglypuff. Let's let Charmander do this one, okay?" "Jig." "Charmander, go!" The Ratatta turned around and faced the little red Pokemon, baring its teeth. "Char!!!!" said the Charmander. "Puff!" said Jigglypuff, informing Charmander of the rat's sharp teeth. "RATTATTA!!!!!" screamed the Ratatta, lunging for Charmander. "Charmander, give it your ember attack!" shouted Adrianna. "CHAR!!!" said Charmander, shooting flames out of its mouth. The flames engulfed the little Ratatta, leaving it sprawled out on the grass. "Ha ha! This one's as good as caught!" said Adrianna, dancing around. "Jigglypuff!" said Jigglypuff, pointing at Adrianna's duffel bag. "Oh, yeah. Forgot about that," said Adrianna, drawing a Pokeball from the duffel. "Pokeball, go!" The Pokeball hit its mark, turning the Rattata into red light. The Pokeball wiggled... PING! "Alright! I caught a Rattata!" said Adrianna. "I caught a Ratatta! I caught a Ratatta! Ha ha ha ha!!!!
