Raven and Saber left the room. > >When Saber saw that no one was eavesdropping, he told him about the ATR >scientists. > >"Oh really? Saber fire them if you want or do whatever. TR is about to >attack >us and our own scientists are screwing around?" Raven shook his head. > A random ensign ran up to where Raven and Saber were standing. "Raven sir, surveilence(sp?) reports a group of 25 or so Rockets just out of radar range to the North." "Crap. We've got to be ready for when they no doubt decide to attack. Saber, I want you to go down to B3 and activate the main security grid. It will tell us when they land." Raven said. "Yes, sir." Saber saluted and ran to the emergency elevator. He punched in the coordinates for B3 and entered the appropriate password. The elevator lurched downward and was propelled to either side as it navigated the twists and turns. A wrong password would send it down the wrong route and to certain death. Saber gritted his teeth as the elevator screeched to a halt. He was there. All around were old computer panels, with a slight covering of frost. "D-d-d-d-d-damn it's cold down here..." he commented as he made his way to the back, where one gleaming computer panel with lights flashing stood, apart from the older consoles. "Well, here goes nothing." he said as he flipped some switches. He could hear generators powering up all around. "Great, n-now I can get out of here." He ran back to the elevator and stepped inside. He inputed M1 and the passcode, but the button stuck and accidently got pressed twice. "OH SH-" The doors whooshed closed and the elevator moved along its predestined route. It stopped halfway to the main level and ejected Saber into an old room full of cobwebs and ice, with papers strewn everywhere. He landed face first on a pile of papers. "ACK!" he yelled. "Hey...wait a second...." Upon closer inspection, Saber found out exactly what the documents were. "Heh. I now begin the final stages of makinf Ivory Island the ultimate base. Tyte, the technicians have installed the equipment per my orders. Hoo hah!" It was Simon Locke's journal. Dated back when Ivory was still undeveloped. Simon Locke. The legendary ATR Founder and Leader. Snooping around some more, Saber found something he knew Raven and James would want to see. "This may solve all our problems..." he said to himself. "I gotta get back to the war room!" He jumped up, and in a flurry of papers ran back int othe elevator. HE rolled up the paper he took and stuffed it in his shirt, a la Link, and actuvated the elevator. This time he entered the right code and zoomed back up to the main floor. Once there, he met a mob of ATRs, mostly low ranking, running around. He grabbed one by the collar and demanded to know where Raven and/or James was. "S-sorry Sir, I don't know! I'm just a trainee!" Releasing the nervious young recruit, Saber made his way to where Sirius was standing, looking at a computer bank. "Sirius, where's Raven?" Sirius looked up from the computers. "I don't know. Last I saw, he was headed down the Eastern passage." "What about James?" "I haven't seen him at all. Sorry." Thanking Sirius, Saber made his way to where Raven had last been spotted. Running outside, he saw the security grid activated. Suddenly he heard a scream, and saw a large object get hurled into the air to the north. It zoomed over the boats of Rockets, who could be seen by now on the horizon. Feeling something was amiss, Saber turned around...
