Oh, and did anyone get my WG? --------- "And here are your pokèballs." The official league inspector held out his hand revealing several pokèballs. AJ took them hooking each one onto his belt. AJ shook his hand and started to walk off. "Oh, and good luck!" AJ turned around looking at his hometown and its inhabitants and started to slow. 'Well, this is for the best,' AJ thought to himself. After a few minutes at looking at the dull monotous scenery AJ pulled out an apple and started to chew into the juicy apple when he noticed the grass starting to move. AJ ignored it only to hear it coming closer. AJ stopped and decided to look at what was going on. 'It's nothing, it's nothing, it's nothing,' AJ thought. When he looked to discover nothing, AJ decided it was just the wind. AJ began back on the trail, only to discover that a pidgey was hovering over him. AJ picked up a rock and threw it at the pidgey. "Shoo!" Beginning to worry that he wouldn't get to Viridian City after watching tree after tree pass by him and no indicitation of getting closer to his destination. The sun beating down on him, AJ noticed a sign pass by saying, "Viridian City, 8 mi." AJ felt elated but that feeling was brief to see people start to run. He noticed a huge group run by, followed by another group of people. Then a large group of tauros began to appear coming at full blast. AJ leaped into a bush as the group stomped by. "Sigh... this will take forever." Then AJ had an idea. AJ jumped into a bush, attempting to get something to pop out. After many jumps into grass and dirt, AJ got a group of pidgey and rattata to fly out. "Go, bulbasaur!" AJ's pokèball relased from his hand spinning out, relasing the trapped pokèmon within. "Bulba, bulbasaur!" "Bulbasaur! Tackle them!" The bulbasaur dived into the group, knocking 2 pidgeys out of the group. "Hit them again!" Bulbasaur charged into the 2 pidgeys hitting them a few feet back. One of the pidgeys got up and began to flap and got away. The other wasn't so lucky. "Pokèball, go!" The pokèball flew towards the pidgey, hitting him and converting him to the red energy, then entered the pokèball. A moment passed as the ball began to wiggle. Then the light went off signaling the capture was complete. "Yeah! I got a pidgey!" He ran towards the pidgey and picked it up. AJ shrunk it and hooked it on his belt. Then he held out another pokèball. "Bulbasaur, return!" The pokèmon was hit with energy converted, then entered the pokèball. AJ began to continue his walk towards Viridian City.
