Cloud had a odd flashback upon the arrival at the abandoned Pokémon Island. The flashback, which depicted him as a younger man, conflicted with his memory, or what he had left of it. -===---===--===---===--===---===- Pokémon Island. Abandoned. It was night now, with no source of light besides the full moon above him. Cloud put out his cigarette with his boot, and kicked it into the moonlit waves of the Island. He stuck his hands in his jacket pockets, and lept from the boulder onto the sand. Templar, his Alakazam, sat meditating beneath the great leaves of a palm tree. Without a word, Cloud tossed 5 Pokéballs towards Templar, who telekenetically caught them and rested them on the sand in a semi-circle around him. One Pokéball remained on him. Corsair billowed his wings above Cloud, who shrugged him away. Corsair landed by Templar, confused. His boots slightly sunk into the beach with each step as he walked away, speed growing with each moment. * * Flashback * * The young man ran across the sand, the rising and falling tide to his left. He had a bundle in his arms, a Pidgey following him. Finally, he stopped, hands on his knees, panting. "I..I think we lost them." He unwrapped the bundle, his trench coat covering a small Sandshrew. "We have to leave this place. Those guys will find us eventually." The Pidgey flapped his wings, and gripped Cloud's shoulders. Slowly, yet surely, he rose until his feet touched the sand no longer. "To Celadon." * * End Flashback * * Cloud awoke like before, finding him on standing on the sand once again, footprints behind him. He ran back to Templar and Corsair, and took of his sunglasses. "To Celadon." TBC? -- Yoda "Do. Or do not. There is no try." "Think different."
