Like a whole digital remaster! These do not affect the current story line, they are just remakes. In each one I'll also write Rayea in it, when she was pokemon-less and didn't know Alex. Feel free to post back and say if these are better than the original ones a long time ago. I am sorry FF8 for stealing a small concept. ==NOTE== The sun shined over Pallet Town, a town known for creating new pokemon trainers by the tens, another boy started to follow the steps of all the men that hit it big from Pallet. His name was Alex, he was 13 years old and had put lots of thought to a "pokemon adventure", till he decided it was time. it was now August 7th once again, Alex had turned 14 now and started to prepare for his pokemon adventure. That day Alex had a usual birthday, some of his friends gave him a few videogames and some pokemon equipment like potions, antidotes, and stones. Midnight had arrived, the start of a new day, Alex's dad called him down from his room to tell him something, at least that is what Alex thought. The boy ran down the stairs and kneeled in front of his parents, who were strangely holding two pokeballs. Alex's mother approached him with the soft smile she always had on when she looked at her son, "Alex, me and your father have some important news for you, why don't you tell him." Alex's father had a stern look that signaled authority, "Alex, you've always wanted to become a pokemon trainer, and now is your chance..Pokéball go." Alex's old man let go of the silver ball, a red beam shot out and materialized into a dog like creature. The pokémon wagged his tail while bouncing up and down in front of Alex, "Groowllithe", it cried just like the ones on TV but a human side not seen on others sparkled in his eyes. Alex's mom came back to Alex's side, "I have something for you too", she let go of another pokéball which once open materialized into another dog-like creature. This dog didn't act as cheerful as the Growlithe but it showed a serious demeanor as it cried, "Vapooreon", it backflipped and secretly bowed with it's eyes. Alex's dad once again got up and walked over to a nearby weapon chest, as he opened it, Alex glanced at it inside and saw swords, guns, and one solitary staff. "This one, so many memories come from it", Alex's father lapsed into flashbacks that quickly went away as he gave the staff to Alex. "I want to be a pokemon trainer, not some sort of wizard dad", Alex held it just like he saw on those video games he played. Alex's father laughed, "It's not just a staff, tap the bottom part of it and watch." He did just as his father said and all the pokemon gifts his friends gave him fell out, even the small game cartridge made a thud on the ground. His dad looked back at him, "Told you, don't worry, you'll be fine- go to sleep and start of early ck-flipped, Professor Oak still owes you a pokédex and a pokemon." Alex walked off to his bed but midway something that he had never experienced happened to him, he started grunting and collapsed to the floor. It was strange, he looked down at himself and saw pig tail styled hair and medium sized breasts. Alex was worried, he looked at his hands, they were now feminine with longer nails. A small whisper was heard, "This isn't me, I'm a guy, not a girl." Soon a new voice echoed through the dim lighted room, " Weird, no one is here, and I heard someone say something, 8:55- I can still go outside before my father comes." The girl walked out to her front yard and looked at the silvery moon, she took in a breath of fresh air and wandered off into the nearby forest. As she walked deeper inside Caterpie could be seen with a flicker of red, she had never seen a red pokemon in Viridian, she walked near that red spot in the green shrubs. "Vull" could be heard even stronger as she grew closer to the red spot, she jumped out at it-hitting the ground moderately hard. The red creature jumped back and hopped on top of the dark colored hair girl, "Vullpix pix", the girl once again got up and the pokemon fell off her and landed right in front of her. The pokemon looked straight at her as the girl proceeded to tell it softly, "My name you say, I'm Rayea." Vulpix jumped up at Rayea, "Vulllpiix", Rayea blushed. "You must like me, eh", she picked him up and walked back home. She tried to open the door but it was locked, "It's me Rayea", another girl with lighter hair opened the door for her. "Your father is waiting for you Rayea", Rayea nodded and went off further into the house, "Dad I'm here." Her father got up and sighed, "Silly girl, now tell me what is that in your hand." Vulpix jumped at Rayea's father, "VULPIX", his father stepped back and made a face at the foxy pokemon. Rayea grinned and winked at her father, "It's a Vulpix." Alex was awakened by his new Growlithe, he got up again moaning the name "Rayea". He finally went to sleep, hours passed, till he got up. Growlithe approached Alex and started to growl, "Grooowl", Alex looked at him and thought about something. He kneeled down to Asuka's level and told him, "Your name is Asuka now, Asuka, got that". Asuka got one of Alex's robes and gave it to him, Alex put it on and took his new staff, "Here we go."
