People had walked in, eaten their dinner and walked out in the time it took the Ditto to sit there and do what it was doing now. Which was precisely.... Nothing. Well, not from all outside perspectives at any rate. What Nisemon was actually doing was pondering something dreadful. The seeds of something very big had already been planted in Nisemon's head, and had sprung from the quagmire that was the Ditto's brain, then blossomed into the new plan. Nisemon's master plan, that would have the world falling at the Ditto's feet, or lack thereof. It was a nefarious plan. It was, some would say, extremely evil. It was a plan that would rock the Pokeverse at its very foundations. The plan ran thusly. Basically, Nisemon had noticed that there weren't many Rocket agents around. When they were, they were often in disguise, so Nisemon had no way of knowing who they were. Next, Nisemon had begun to consider the reasons behind targetting only Team Rocket. Finally, the Ditto had concluded that there were none. It was a completely pointless endeavour, and Nisemon had no more grudges against Team Rocket than any other group of humans on the planet. It was just fun to tease people, though Team Rocket were easy targets as Nisemon has once been in their ranks and therefore knew a lot about them. The whole crux of the plan lay in what Nisemon had noticed about the Pokeverse of late. There were an awful lot of teenagers around. And if the Ditto knew one thing about teenagers, it was that they really got messed up where their love lives were concerned. You only need to watch a lot of shoujo to get that message. And Nisemon had seen a lot, you could say it had contributed to the melting of the Ditto's brain. At any rate, Nisemon was now going to concentrate on teenagers as well as Team Rocket members. The Ditto would go around made up as a good looking Rocket, find a teenager, cause said teenager to fall in love with the Rocket, then run off and wait for the damage to happen all by itself. Nisemon would not be satisfied until every adolescent in the Pokemon world was in love with somebody unobtainable to them, not to mention illegal. Oh, it was so funny. In fact, there were only 2 flaws to the plan. The first was that Nisemon was insane, obviously. The second was that practically every teenager in the Pokemon universe, not to mention every other plane of reality, was ALREADY in love with somebody unobtainable to them. Despite this, the world seemed to function as well as could be expected. But as a direct result of the first flaw, Nisemon had not noticed the second flaw. In fact, Nisemon did not care either way. The important thing was that the Ditto's objectives had been changed from that very day.
