Saber vs James. ____ James and Saber wandered aimlessly for days now. They were heading for Fuschia City. James and Saber had split up with Raven. Raven said something about meeting people and told them to go at Fuschia. "Meet at the Fuschia Pokecenter in a week" he had said. James and Saber haven't talked much in their travels. Saber even didn't click his pen much. Both eyed each other coldly as they continued walkly. All meaningless conversation never happened. "Hes on to me. Hes pissing me off." James thought. "Why did Raven leave me with this guy? Im going to kill him." James smiled at Saber. Saber smiled back, "Look at that bastard smiling his smiles. Walking his walks. Hes planning to kill me I just know it. Why did Raven leave me with this guy?" James turned around, "Raven told me to take care of him though. But a pokemon match wouldn't hurt." Saber grinned. "Raven told me to take care of him but I think I will challenge him with a pokemon match." James turned around to Saber, "Pokemon match?" "Ok." James said. ____ Raven opened the door to the Celadon Hotel. Raven whistled as he sat on a couch. "Lets see. Infomation said they should be here." Raven muttered. Suddenly Raven was thrown out of his seat as he got punch in the jaw. Raven have heard of the phrase "He never knew what hit him" but never knew that he would felt that. The attacker calmly said, "Ba dum dum. You Jackass" Raven stood up and tripped his attacker in one swooping motion. "Dun Dun dun Gohan" "Heh Raven." Gohan said from his fallen position. Gohan picked himself up and dusted off his clothes. Fox held a Pepsi as he talked to Raven, "How you find us?" Raven answered, "I have my ways." _____ After a nice lunch in the nearby Brock's Diner. "So you want us to get this guy in Vermillion?" Fox asked. "Yeah. Hes an old ATR. He was put on vacation after an injury. He still should be there. After you get him stay in the Vermillion Pokecenter for me. I am going to get someone else." Raven said. "Ok. Where are we going?" Gohan asked. "After we meet again we head for Fuschia. We are having an emergency meeting." Raven said. "Ok bye." _____ "Koffing Go!!" Saber screamed. "Ninetales Flamethrower!" James yelled. "Koffing Smoke Screen" Smoke came out of Koffing's mouth. Ninetales couldn't see where his opponent was. Ninetales's kept firing Flamethrowers at random directions. Finally the smoke disappeared but Koffing was nowhere in sight "Koffing Sludge attack." Saber directed. "Ninetales Watch out!" James said. Ninetales turned around just as Koffing blinded Ninetales with a Sludge attack. Ninetales couldn't see. "Tackle him now." Saber said. Ninetales was sent flying as Koffing smashed into his body. "Tackle him again." Feeling desperate, James told Ninetales to just Fire Blast in all directions. Ninetales began to blow fire at everything. Even though Ninetales was blind one of the fireballs finally hit Koffing. More bad news for Koffing when the heat of the fire blast burnt the sludge off Ninetales's eyes. Ninetales could now see clearly. A direct Fire Blast later Koffing was toast. "Koffing return. I am not done." Saber said. "Good." James replied. ______ Drew read the newspaper as he looked into the cool Vermillion waters. It was a sunny day in Vermillion and the water shined brightly. Drew relaxed and put down his newspaper. Haven't seen action in ATR since May Drew was on vacation in Vermillion. Drew spent many days and evenings relaxing to the Vermillion sun. ATRs didn't have much relaxing time and Drew really enjoyed his vacation. He had written several articles to a magazine. The magazine was named "Pokezine" or something like that. Right now Drew just wanted to relax some more. ______ Raven was walking down the road when suddenly another attacker tackled Raven down and removed his backpack. Seeing success, the thief took the backpack and began to ran. Raven spat into the ground and then got up giving chase. _____ It was a nice day for fisherman. The east beach road from Celadon to Fuschia was full of them. Kids with shorts and fishermen were doing their duties. The road was a perfect place for water pokemon. It so happens James and Saber were walking down there. Seeing Koffing being burnt to a crisp. Saber sent out Gyarados. "Gyarados go!! Dragon Rage." Saber threw a pokeball in the air in dramatic fashion. James knew his Ninetales was dead meat to a Gyarados but he couldn't return Ninetales in time. Gyarados came out roaring. It was a huge monster with sharp teeth. Ninetales just look up to the majestic being and was stoned to the ground. Gyarados spinned around a created a small water tornado. The water tornado crashed into Ninetales and sending bystanders who were watching the match running. "Ninetales return. Lapras go!!!" James said. "Gyarados. Hyper Beam" Saber commanded. "Lapras. Ice Beam" Gyarados charged up a Hyper Beam and sent it flying toward Lapras. Lapras was about to get hit but countered by firing a Ice Beam toward the Hyper Beam. Both Beams crashed into each other having no effect. This was bad for Gyarados because he had to recharge. "Lapras. Sing!!" "Dammit Gyarados." Lapras began to sing a melody toward Gyarados. Gyarados reacted by falling down into the water making a huge splash and a semi tidal wave. "Lapras finish him with a Blizzard." James yelling knewing victory was at hand. "Gyarados! NOOOOOO!!!" Saber couldn't watch. Lapras created a Blizzard and the beach water froze with Gyarados still in it. Gyarados was frozen solid. "Haha Saber." James remarked. "Good work Lapras." "Bah" Saber bahed. Suddenly the ice began to crack. Saber and James turn back to the water surprised. Out came Gyarados who was steaming mad. The ice collapsed as Gyarados burst out. Gyarados began to charge again. But this time it was electricity. "What the hell?" James said. "My Pokemon has wierd attacks." Saber answered. Gyarados sent a thunderous thunder at Lapras. Lapras was fried and sent flying crashing into a boat. "Gyarados Psychic!!!" Saber yelled. "What the hell?" James said. Gyarados's huge eyes went white and Lapras flew up into the air right where Gyarados was. Gyarados's eyes went back to normal and Lapras fell down crashing into another boat. "Damn.....Lapras return." James said. "You want more?" Saber grinned. ______ Drew watched as two figures walk near him eyeing him. "Oh great what now." Drew said to himself. Probably thieves. Drew clenched his hands into a fist and go t ready to punch. Suddenly one of the figures spoke," Are you Drew?" Drew's pulse quickened, "Yes what?" "We are from ATR. You know Raven?" The second figure spoke. Drew breathed a sigh of relief. "Yeah I know him. What? My vacation's over?" "This is Gohan. I am Fox." The second figure said. "Yes I am afraid so. Get your stuff once Raven gets here we are going to Fuschia." ______ Raven finally caught up to the thief. Diving forward Raven hoped to tackle the thief down. Raven fell to the ground with a sickening thud but he managed to grab the thief's foot. Raven quickly got up and recovered his backpack. Raven studied the thief's face and a surprised look shot into expression. "Sirius?" "Raven?" _____ "Psycho go!!" James grumbled. <<Are you sure?>> "Look just because he has psychic doesn't mean hes better than you." James grumbled again. <<Fine Fine I'll do it. Psychic Attack right>> Gyarados stared down the Abra thinking fresh meat. "Psychic attack." Saber yelled. Gyarados's eyes once again turned white. Abra flew toward where Gyarados's head was just as Abra's eyes also turned white. Gyarados and Abra's eyes met. Both pokemon began to try throw off each other. Beads of sweat rolled out of Gyarados's head if that could ever happen. Abra looked calmed and patient. Finally Gyarados head wobbled and its whole body fell down fainting. <<That was easy>> "Bah. Gyarados return. Kadabra go!!" Saber said. <<Ah damn>> Once ago both pokemon's eyes turned white and another stare down happened. Both pokemon had sweat pouring out of their faces frustration evident. Kadabra was a high evolved form but Abra had a higher level and was better trained. Finally both pokemon fainted at the same time. There was a moment of silence before Psycho the Abra weakly got up. Saber's Kadabra still was frozen in its state. "Damnit.Thats it." Saber said preparing to pull out his pen. "Haha. Nice match.Can we go now? James said. _____ "Emergency meeting huh?" Drew asked. "Yeah. Raven should be coming any second." Gohan said. "And there he is. Oh look he brought someone with him." Fox piped out. None of the three ATRs could tell who Raven brought with him but his face was familiar. Raven and Sirius walked up to the other three. "I see you found Drew. Heh Drew." Raven nodded. "Long time no see Raven. so we go to Fuschia now?" Drew asked. "Yeah." _____ Fuschia City It was a wierd group of seven as all the other members met each other. Old and new friends were made that day. "Raven what are we doing?" "Fox....hiya" "Hi James" "Gohan you ba dum dum bastard" "Saber hows your pen?" "Sirius is that you? Woah *CLICK*CLICK* just fine." "Heh all its Drew. So Raven whats this all about?" "Just a meeting.
