He gets up and checks for broken bones. He feels none, and checks his pokeballs. All of them were there, safe and sound. Now, the next order of business is to find out what he was suddenly doing crashing through the roof of The Pokemon Mansion. He can't remember anything about his past! Well, he remembers a few things. He checks his badges: All burnt to a crisp. Current day: Mike walks up to the Pewter Gym. He opens the doors and shouts, "I challenge you Brock to a Pokemon Match for a Boulder Badge!" "Very well. Onix go!" Brock shouts. "And as my Pokemon, I choose Scyther!" Mike shouts. Scyther flies out of it's pokeball and goes onto the battle field. "Onix! Tackle attack!" Brock shouts. "Scyther! Fight back with double-edge!" Mike shouts. Scyther very quickly flies around Onix, slicing away too fast for Onix, fainting him. "Onix return. Vulpix go!" Brock shouts. Vulpix comes onto the field. "Return, Scyther. Kabuto I choose you!" Mike shouts. "A Kabuto? Those are extinct!" Brock shouts. "Learn to expect the unexpected, Brock! Hydro pump Kabuto!" Mike shouts. Kabuto fires the massive wave of water at Vulpix, but Brock recalls it before it could get hurt. "You have defeated me. As a reward, I present you this Boulder badge."
