"we should go to Pewter gym now, I heard he uses rock pokemon, he should be easy to defeat.", said Repticus, who was overly eagar to get his boulder badge.Repticus hated wearing the black cloak, having to hide his form from the people who shunned him in his real form. "At last, Pewter gym.", said Repticus.Brock was very tired from losing all of his battles. He wished he could win a couple more times, ven though he beat the slowpoke that came a few weeks ago, after that, he kept losing more battles."I have come to face the gym leader for a boulderbadge.", said Repticus as he entered with Razor and Blade by his side."Ok,let`s get this over with.", siad Brock as he opened up the rocky battlefield."Ok, Onix, go!", said Brock."Blade, it is your time to battle.", said Repticus."Blade, agility attack.'' Brock released the Pokeball containing geodude, but Blade was too fast, and she got the first attack ."Blade, slash attack." Blade once again brought down her mighty claw on geodude, and he fainted. "geoooo....." "ok, zubat, go." " Blade, get back here, Razor its your turn to fight." Blade came back, and then Razor went out to fight zubat. "zubat, supersonic!" Zubat began to screetch very loudly, and it hurt Razor`s ears, but did not confuse him." Ok, Razor, use your surf attack to water that bat down." Razor sprayed a wave of water from his mouth at zubat to faint it in one hit. "Ok, zubat return, go vulpix!" "vul vul!" "Razor, this battle could not have been easier if he had been using all magikarp, use your surf attack and then get back here after it faints. Razor spat a huge wave of watere at vulpix, and , because of its being weak to water, vainted. "Good match, here`s you`re boulderbadge, these matches are getting boring, I wish I would win once in a while.", said Brock as he handed Repticus his Buolderbadge. As repticus was handed the boulderbadge, he had a vision.someone was trapped in mt. moon,calling for help. then,a dark shadow came and... "Hey Repticus, you really gotta get over that daydreaming habit of yours.", siad Razor as they were leaving the gym. "Razor, Blade, we must go to Mt. Moon, there is.. something I want to see there.", said Repticus. "Well, ok, it gets us to cerulean city, and it should be a cool trip going through a mountain.", said Blade.
