I knew what happened next and I couldn't prevent it. The Stone, the sharp green stone fell from the sky and hit Hybryd in the head. A loud buzz of pain was all I heard of him before he blacked out........ I woke up in a cold sweat. The nightmare. The same nightmare that had been haunting me for weeks. The nightmare about the fateful day when the Hybryd's changes began... The first obvious change was Hybryd's increased hunger and activity. He ate way more than a Beedrill should be able to but balanced it out by exercising, which made him stronger. The second, and probably weirdest, was that his claws split into 4 bladed fingers! Also at about this time, Hybryd's exoskeleton thickened slightly and grew in different areas (lower arm, shin area, back of wings). Last of all his knowledge capacity increased significantly (that doesn't mean he's any smarter, just has more room to learn new things) and I was able to teach him English! After all this chaos I had trouble getting used to the "new" Hybryd. Eventually I did, but then I began to get worried. I've waited 5 years, hoping he would change back. But he didn't. This morning I realised I couldn't wait any longer. I decided to go to Prof. Oak's lab to ask him about Hybryd's "condition". I made a sandwich, took my wallet and woke him up. "Yo, Bryd! Wake up!" Hybryd's eyes flashed indicating his wakefulness. "Huh? Wha?" He said in his deep, buzzing voice. "We're going to see Prof. Oak about your mutations." "After I get forty winks" "You don't have eyelids" "Technicalities" He said as he drifted back of to sleep... How was that for my first post?
