Medusa follows along, ready to lend a vine to its trainer if necessary. Suddenly, Sarah Jane hears a noise nearby. Medusa's vines move in wariness, as if it senses danger. "YA!" they hear. A Staryu pops out in front of them, posturing, as if itching for a battle. "Well, looks like a little competition for you Medusa," says Sarah Jane as she reaches for a pokeball. The Staryu appears young and brash. "Medusa, megadrain now!" The Staryu jumps out of the way. "A fast one... that's good. Bind it Medusa!" After a few attempts to grab it, one of Medusa's vines trips up the Staryu, binding it. The Staryu struggles in vain. The Tangela's vines tighten, weakening its opponent. Sarah Jane throws her Pokeball. Medusa lets go just as the pokeball hits the staryu. The ball opens, pulling the Staryu inside. It shakes a few times, but holds fast. Medusa picks up the ball and returns it to Sarah Jane. "Good Job," said Sarah Jane. Medusa's eyes sparkled happily - a far distance from the abused Tangela she rescued from a trainer a few months ago. Carefully she retraces her steps to the others. Hearing the call of the bird, Pteryx squawked in agitation. The little Aerodactyl shivered and huddled in it's carrier. "Shhh..." said Sarah Jane, calming the baby. She reached into her backpack and pulled out a towel to wrap the baby in, as the cave seemed to become colder. Then she pulled out a camera. It might be difficult to physically capture the majestic legendary bird, if it appeared, but at least she could capture it on film. > > "Go! Vulpix!" Jon said softly. Drake and Shields looked at them with suffering look. The Dragonite and Mr. Mime were tangled in the leashes of two hyperactive Nidorans. Cuddles and Spunky were also tangled up. "Niiiii...." said the two troublemakers. Trying not to laugh and fall of her seat astride Starfire, Sarah Jane snapped a picture. Shields and Drake glared at her.
