The first figure said to his compatriate. "He only used two pokemon. And although his pikachu was fainted he still won with his Pidgeot." The second figure retorted. "Yes and if it hadn't been for the girl he'd have lost that Pikachu." The First figure replied quickly. "Both of you quit bickering! You remind me of those two Gym leaders Misty and Brock." The man sitting opposite the other two burst in. "We apologize PokeMaster." they both blurted out. suddenly a pink glow filled the room lighting the faces staring at the Monitors. Over the speaker array came one word though it could also be construed as a sound. "MEW?" then the vidoe feed from the Viridian forest cut out and the room was dark. "it's back!" the mysterious figure said in awe. "The Mew has returned!" the other two said excitedly. Viridian Forest. "Thanks for the full heal Sammantha." robert said as he looked to his side to see the young woman had removed her over shirt to reveal a sky blue t-shirt with the sleeves torn off. "No Problem, My father owns a share in the Pokeherb industry and as a bonus he gets all he wants for free. Besides it's not everyday you can see a Pikachu smile that widley." Sammantha answered the praise as he looked at the beaming Pokemon. "Yeah I haven't seen Pikachu look that happy since he found the bottle of Ketchup in the fridge at home." Robert said and added a laugh as Pikachu jumped up on Robert and dove into his backpack. "What's he doing?" Sammantha questioned. "three... two...one."Robert counted and as he finished they both heard an excited "PIKA! PIKA!" As Pikachu stuck the top half of his boddy out of the backpack and started licking Ketchup from the bottles squeeze nozzle. "That is the strangest thing I have ever seen. You know that can't be good for him." Sammantha questioned. "You try taking it from him." Robert said with a knowing smirk remembering what happened when he tried to take away Pikachu's Ketchup bottle. Robert stopped and let Sammantha approach, thanking his mothers idea to add rubber padding to his backpack. "Pikachu give me that bottle." Sammantha said soothingly "Chuu." Pikachu said menacingly fireing off small sparks from his cheeks. "Pikachu give me the bottle." Sammantha repeated and place her hand on the Ketchup bottle. Robert squeezed his eys shut he knew what was coming. "PIIIIIKAAAACHUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" Pikachu screamed as he let loose his most powerful attack, THUNDER. Sammantha dropped to the ground and pikachu took one more lick of Ketchup snapped shut the lid and said. "Pi. PIKA PI Chu!" and looked at Sammantha. Sammantha jumped up and slammed robert on the head . "OWW! WHAT THE HELL'D YOU DO THAT FOR??!?!?!" Robert yelled. "You could've warned me!" Sammantha said as smoked issued from he clothing. As the two Pokemon trainers argued a soft pink glow shone over them. They bothe stopped arguing and looked up just in time to see a streak of pink light fly into a grove of trees. "What was that??" Robert and Sammantha asked no one in particular. Before that no one in particular could answer they were making a mad dash towards the trees. Robert dropped to his knees when he saw the foot prints. "What kind of pokemon leaves prints like this?" He said as he pulled his Pokedex from it's fake leather pouch at his side. As the pokedex flashed to life robert skipped the intro from Proffessor Oak and went straight to the print identification page. "SCANNING." The synthetic voice said as a blue light shone on the prints. "PRINTS UNKNOWN" Robert closed the Pokedex. And ran towards the ending point of the prints. Sammantha and Pikachu were right behind him with Ozone dodging the low branches to stay close to his friend. They all came to a screeching halt as they entered a clearing. In the center of the clearing sat the single rarest PokeMon in the known universe... MEW. Sammantha and Robert stared in awe. "pidgeot." Ozone said barley above a whisper. "pi." Pikachu said in response "MEW?" The MEW said cutely. as it blinked it's large eyes and twitched it's nose. "Umm... Hi?" Robert stammered MEW laughed. Robert,Sammantha,Pikachu and Ozone all giggled. That was one of the cutest things they'd ever heard. MEW closed a bubble around itself and flew close to the quartet and circled. It stopped infrotn of Ozone. "MEW!?" It asked confused. "Pidgeot. Pidg Pi eot." Ozone said "MEW." it smiled. Sammantha thought to herself -Just how much cuter can this PokeMon get anyway?- MEW flew back a few feet and looked at them. Blinked twice and they were gone. Pewter City. "Wow! MEW! that was... awsome. it has to be a good omen." Robert said and looked at his side. The light on his PokeDex was blinking, Opening the unit Robert saw that instead of logging off he'd activated the record feature. This was definatley getting interesting.
